As it is tucked back off the boardwalk, once you arrive it is quaint, great service and the food and sauces are exceptional. The sauces are addicting; they will change your salad eating by leaps and bounds. Can't say enough - just go visit them today.”

“I brought my 3 generational family (party of 8) for our nice family meal, along with my service dog. We had a fantastic experience! First, we got there around 4:45, and unknowingly found out that you get a free side salad and drink if seated before 5pm. This cut about $25 off the bill, which was a blessing! The food was good and the atmosphere fantastic. At the end, we chatted with the owner, Mr Giuseppe, and even got to take a family pic of 8 with him outside the restaurant. Thank you so much for such a great family meal!”

“We went there while on a weekend vacation: September 2025 for dinner one night. The Connecticut Lobster Roll, Lobster Bisque, Eel Roll, California Roll and Avacado Roll were all delicious. Boba Teas we had 3 different types and they were very flavorful. The service was slow but it seemed as though he was a one man show which wasnt a huge turn off. Would highly recommend, and would go again.”

“Custard was pretty good. We wanted to go to a la mode but the line was wrapped around the building at 9:30 so we figured we’d try something new.

“I have eaten here twice. Once was in the fall, and now today, right before Christmas. The ambiance is the most charming! I loved it as soon as I walked in. Some places that are adorned aren’t kept very tidy. Jon & Patty’s is VERY clean! Never do you worry about dust or debris. The coffee and apple cider are AMAZING! You will miss out if you don’t treat yourself to one of them. I personally suggest the cider. I normally NEVER get cider anywhere… but this cider is next level! The food is fantastic… definitely try the nutty chicken salad and the sweet potato fries. Jon and Patty’s is sure to please!”

“Our first time here - gal at the register was very friendly and helpful. We order two smoothies - both were delicious. Hard to watch two people working and four just standing gossiping, texting, watching tictok. Also, if you’re going to ware gloves for açaí bowl prep, please use caution with touching your hair, counter, face, phone etc and then going back to food prep - gloves can give a false sense of clean and there was lots of cross contamination there.”

“The wife and I were out and about and decided to try the Waterside location in Lakewood Ranch Fl. I have to say im a bit of a critic because we have family in Maine and have tasted all ends of the spectrum of lobster rolls from amazing to terrible and this place makes a great Lobster rolls with a spot on price comparable to Maine and other restaurants in the area. The staff member we dealt with was super nice I wish I would have got his name, but I do know he was from Jersey and had great knowledge knew the product well. We had 2 Connecticut rolls and they were great. I would say this place is worth checking out. Theres only outdoor seating, but you can easily walk around waterside and find a spot to kick back and enjoy or walk out enjoy their outdoor seating and it will complement their lobster rolls very well. They also have nice little selection of beers/beverages and a whole N/A fridge too.”

The Auntie Anne's website has the hours for this location swapped with the store farther up the boardwalk. He took great measures to explain what was going on and took steps to get us what we needed. Steven is an exemplary leader and customer representative. He is an outstanding asset to this company.”
