As it is tucked back off the boardwalk, once you arrive it is quaint, great service and the food and sauces are exceptional. The sauces are addicting; they will change your salad eating by leaps and bounds. Can't say enough - just go visit them today.”

“I brought my 3 generational family (party of 8) for our nice family meal, along with my service dog. We had a fantastic experience! First, we got there around 4:45, and unknowingly found out that you get a free side salad and drink if seated before 5pm. This cut about $25 off the bill, which was a blessing! The food was good and the atmosphere fantastic. At the end, we chatted with the owner, Mr Giuseppe, and even got to take a family pic of 8 with him outside the restaurant. Thank you so much for such a great family meal!”

“Highly recommend this spot. The service was excellent, the server was really friendly and attentive. The food was really fresh and high quality, and the portions were very good size. The atmosphere is nice, it’s clean and neat. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, quantity, and location.

“We went there while on a weekend vacation: September 2025 for dinner one night. The Connecticut Lobster Roll, Lobster Bisque, Eel Roll, California Roll and Avacado Roll were all delicious. Boba Teas we had 3 different types and they were very flavorful. The service was slow but it seemed as though he was a one man show which wasnt a huge turn off. Would highly recommend, and would go again.”

“I am a Kindergarten teacher in Millville and we decided to take the whole grade level to the beach for a field trip. I reached out to the Churn House asking if they could accommodate our K students and they did not hesitate at all. They opened their ice cream shop early just for our school to enjoy. They made the students huge homemade ice cream sandwiches that were absolutely delicious! Communication was beyond superb and we will be using them again!! Thank you so much for making our kiddos beach day special!!”

“Really good ice cream, large portions, seating available, bathrooms on site, off-street parking is free (but limited, of course). Not cheap, but what is? Workers are chill. A few blocks from the beach and boardwalk—no seagulls! The wait is worth it. Wish they opened a little earlier in the day, when it’s really hot. Also, a flavor board at the back of the line would be nice.”

“My husband and I visited Doozie’s Place at the recommendation of a friend. The food was piping hot and it was delicious! The atmosphere has a surf/beach vibe, it’s bright and open, and very clean. “Lisa’s sweet treats is a little quaint bakery on asbury ave. I went for donuts and sweets after my visit to OCNJ. I always save it for last because it truly is the best. The donuts are fried to perfection and taste way better than any other donuts I’ve had. The lady (may have been Lisa herself) working today was super sweet and brought a smile to my face. I picked out a white cream filled chocolate donut with a chocolate chip cream cheese danish. I also got a few things for my friend. I must say they were fantastic. The cream filling is to die for with a somewhat salty sweet balance in my opinion. The danish was spectacular with a fresh cream cheese filling. I also got a jelly filled donut with powdered sugar which was superb. The jelly was smooth and real compared to other jelly filled donuts. 10/10 I look forward to coming here again and again.”

“Haven't had my buffalo chicken in a few seasons. Pulled up on a Monday off season and got the whole buffalo chicken pizza. Ready in 10 mins and just amazing as I remember all these years later. Must have if your in OC!!”

“I have eaten here twice. Once was in the fall, and now today, right before Christmas. The ambiance is the most charming! I loved it as soon as I walked in. Some places that are adorned aren’t kept very tidy. Jon & Patty’s is VERY clean! Never do you worry about dust or debris. The coffee and apple cider are AMAZING! You will miss out if you don’t treat yourself to one of them. I personally suggest the cider. I normally NEVER get cider anywhere… but this cider is next level! The food is fantastic… definitely try the nutty chicken salad and the sweet potato fries. Jon and Patty’s is sure to please!”

“We try to go to Ocean City every summer, and we usually stop here for pizza. If you can get in without waiting in line, that's the best way. It's a little roomier than some of the other pizza places, and you can, of course, see the ocean from most seats, but the place is bright and fairly roomy for a boardwalk stop.
We've never had to wait long to have an order taken, and the servers have always been friendly. The pizza tastes good and the pies are actually pretty big. I can usually only finish two slices here where I could eat three or four anywhere else (but I try to avoid it). The only problem with the size of the pizza is table space. You're a bit crowded with that tray in the middle of the table, so be prepared. If you're lucky and there's an empty table next to you, you can use that and just get slices as you want them. We've taken pizza from here back home, which is an hour away, and it's been fine reheated the next day in the oven, and with the size of the pizza, there's usually some slices left over. if you can't use both hands to eat pizza, bring your own plastic cutlery, as the stuff they have is too weak and is frustrating to use. I have to cut my pizza up to eat with a fork and after this last time, now have harder cutlery ready for whenever I go back.”

“Del's has been a regular stop for me when I am visiting the boardwalk for many years. Just today, I enjoyed a Mushroom Cheesesteak, some Fries and a Pepsi. They hit the spot.”

“Our first time here - gal at the register was very friendly and helpful. We order two smoothies - both were delicious. Hard to watch two people working and four just standing gossiping, texting, watching tictok. Also, if you’re going to ware gloves for açaí bowl prep, please use caution with touching your hair, counter, face, phone etc and then going back to food prep - gloves can give a false sense of clean and there was lots of cross contamination there.”

“Some of the best fries I've had, beat five guys fries somehow. 4 out of 5 just for the multiple pieces that were charred to a crisp that were just filler to the bowl. One of the few places I'd seen that does half off refills too”

“Truly amazing Mexican food — both authentic and American style available, which is great because it makes everyone happy. The last 3 days I’ve been down here working, I’ve come to Rojo’s twice. I plan to come again Tuesday when I’m back down here working! I’m usually incredibly loyal to my Mexican place in Hammonton, but Rojo’s has me rethinking everything. The owner is super cool, too. I had the chance to talk with him during both trips and it’s really not surprising that Joe has had this place all of these years. I have my to-go bag right beside me, about to tear in, but I HAD to make sure I left them a review first.”

The Auntie Anne's website has the hours for this location swapped with the store farther up the boardwalk. He took great measures to explain what was going on and took steps to get us what we needed. Steven is an exemplary leader and customer representative. He is an outstanding asset to this company.”
