“Great people, great food. Discovered Ventnor location 2 years ago and met the owner Paul. Wonderful memories so we had to try the new Ocean City NJ location while vacationing there. Just as good and staff was amazing too. Please open a chain in Pittsburgh. For casual amazing seafood dining, I highly recommend PJ Buckets.“

“We got the southend combo with the fried fish, shrimp, scallops, and french fries. It was all incredible, the fried scallops were probably the best I’ve ever had. It was a 20 minute wait for them to drop the order but it was worth the wait for them to fry it on the spot. Plus the staff was super kind and we had some dessert before dinner with a mango gelati from Mike’s ice cream next door. Overall a great experience.“

“Last night we dined here and everything was excellent, from the service to the food, only thing we didn’t care for and was disappointed in was the crème brûlée, it’s not your typical traditional crème brûlée but everything else was wonderful. Will be back for sure!“

“In my humble opinion, I must state that my total experience at this “Exceptional Restaurant “ was 10 STARS! The staff greeted when I arrived with a smile and I must admit that the CRAP TRAP has a philosophy of making sure you will have an individual who is a Professional who will advise you and answer any questions about their “SUPERIOR” menu! Our waitress never missed a beat when it came to advising me the in her opinion, I should choose their famous Crab Cake that was stuffed with crab and no fillers! One thing that you will observe, their salad was so fresh and the rolls & muffins were homemade & hot! You have several choices of side dishes & I selected the apple sauce that had to be prepared in house, and the frech fries were crispy and also seasoned perfectly! Our table was spotless, and the whole restaurant had a staff who never rushed you, but was always there to refill you water! I have dined in 5 Star Restaurants on my vacations & business trips, and all I must state is for being my 1ST Visit to the CRAP TRAP, I plan to make it a weekly location and a priority on my “Schedule”! I have wanted to dine there before, but I can add there parking lot suggested that there was a long wait, When I entered, I was so impressed by the size of the inside accommodation! I must apologize for my velours review, but I truly feel that this restaurant is a “GEM”“

The best experience I’ve had at the shore. Drinks were absolutely perfect. I was welcomed like I was a local and put on to everything else in the area. I’ll be back to margate based on the service. The food is priced perfectly, the drinks are perfect.
We usually go to Delaware beaches and Atlantic City almost ruined coming back.
Glad I stopped by. Spin the wheel.

“The meal was delish. Everyone was super nice and wished me a happy birthday. We got to try the main things and here's what I recommend: wagyu meatballs were fantastic (nice acidity, good mix of flavors, cheese complimented the savory aspect), beef Wellington (it melted in my mouth and I dont normally like the taste of mushrooms however I didnt mind it at all), sticky toffee pudding (I'm diabetic and had to remind myself to stop eating after 3 bites - it wasnt too sweet, nor sticky but perfect blend and fulfilling)“

“My wife and I’s favorite Italian restaurant in the entire country. Closest dish you will get to dining in Italy. 🇮🇹 Food is so authentic ! We go every year for our anniversary. Atmosphere is amazing and staff so accommodating with their table side made dishes. I recommend any of the bone in veal dishes. Make sure you make reservations but once you eat here you will understand why as it’s a one of a kind experience ! Five stars all around !“

“We didn't know about their 12-4pm $25 meal deal when we got there at 3:30pm. A bit early for us but our hosts hadn't eaten lunch by the time we arrived at their house at 2pm, so we went for an early dinner.
Two words: Do. It!
It's way more food than I eat at lunch but even going this early for dinner is more than enough to not make you hungry the rest of the night.
You get soup or salad, dinner size entree and dessert with coffee or tea for $25. An amazing deal for the Shore.
I got house salad, honey garlic salmon with red bliss potatoes and vegetable medley, and vanilla ice cream. The salmon was TREMENDOUS - not overly sweet at all, which is what I was concerned about - and everyone else liked what they got too.“

“I can't wait to go back. We had Vietnamese fried spring rolls and curry pho with sweet potato clear noodles, shrimp, veggies, and pork wontons. It's true that you wait for your food but it's oh....so....worth it. Fresh ingredients really shine through. I live about an hour away and will go back for my birthday next month. “The servers and managers are not educated with what's in the food. Got sick after going to Oar House Pub and the server saying they have a gluten option for the burgers when they don't. Tino worked with us to make sure we had a wide variety of apps, salads, and entrees. We requested Gulf shrimp and he was able to make that happen for us! “First visit despite being owners on the island for years. Had a reco from a friend to put any of their soups over pasta. Great idea! But what’s more the staff were the definition of a mom/pop shop you want to support. All the items we got were great, highly recommend the crab au gratin. We will return, and we regret we hadn’t tried this sooner.“
