Everything was delicious. The owner Chris was a super-nice guy as well. If I lived in the area I would be a regular customer at Capt'n Chucky's.“

“I brought my 3 generational family (party of 8) for our nice family meal, along with my service dog. We had a fantastic experience! First, we got there around 4:45, and unknowingly found out that you get a free side salad and drink if seated before 5pm. This cut about $25 off the bill, which was a blessing! The food was good and the atmosphere fantastic. At the end, we chatted with the owner, Mr Giuseppe, and even got to take a family pic of 8 with him outside the restaurant. Thank you so much for such a great family meal!“

“Highly recommend this spot. The service was excellent, the server was really friendly and attentive. The food was really fresh and high quality, and the portions were very good size. The atmosphere is nice, it’s clean and neat. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, quantity, and location.

“Custard was pretty good. We wanted to go to a la mode but the line was wrapped around the building at 9:30 so we figured we’d try something new.

We got gelaties and custard.

-4 flavors of water ice & 2 flavors for custard…chocolate and vanilla.

It’s CASH ONLY.

Water ice is chunky and not like a Rita’s but still good! It works for a quick treat.“

As it is tucked back off the boardwalk, once you arrive it is quaint, great service and the food and sauces are exceptional. The sauces are addicting; they will change your salad eating by leaps and bounds. Can't say enough - just go visit them today.“

“For Valentine's Day weekend, my wife and I dined at the historical and exquisite Knife & Fork Inn on Friday, 2.13.26, since the 14th was totally booked. It was her first time there and mine since childhood. The menu was so extensive that it made it a bit of a welcoming challenge to focus on a particular choice. For starters, our huge portion of the Corn & Crab Chowder was the best that we have ever had and the Artisanal Cheese Plate was delectably wide-ranging. My wife loved the Halibut and my Bone-In Pork Chop was superb. Our cordial and diligent waiter, Carmen, who took service to the next level, suggested the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert and we were very glad that he did as it was perfectly sized to share! Before we arrived, I mentioned to my wife that this would be a top dining experience and it was more than that with the historical ambiance, service and the spectacular menu options. We will definitely be back to try some more of their varied cuisine!“

“Stopped by to pick up some shrimp for my first attempt at a seafood boil and this place had everything super fresh and the price was lower than we expected for Jersey Shore. Ended up getting 4 pounds of peeled shrimp, 2 bags of crab legs/claws and fried flounder sandwiches that were also delicious. Our boil turned out amazing all of our guests raved about it. Could have even gotten all of our produce here if we wanted to they had everything.“
