“We were down the past couple of weekends in North Wildwood, stopped at one of our favorites and got great-sized Maryland crabs the one weekend and, then, last night some clams & lobster tails. Always a pleasure seeing the staff. Always fast & friendly“

“Joe's Fish Co. is an old vacation favorite of ours. The outdoor seating is comfortable and the service is always prompt and friendly. They're located at the edge of the amusement pier so it can be a little loud at times but it's fun watching kids (and adults) enjoy the rides while you're dining.
On our most recent visit during our June vacation we started with Joe's crab dip. The crab dip or the giant pretzel are our reliable favorite appetizers here and this time the dish was the same as always. It's mellow and crabby and goes well with the chips and bread it's served with.
I ordered the Korean shrimp slider appetizer. The shrimp, the sauce and the slaw were very good. I do wish they had toasted the buns they were served on. They were stone cold and tasted like they'd just been pulled out of a bread bag.
My husband had the shrimp skewer appetizer and thought it was excellent.
The combination of those three appetizers was plenty of food for our dinner.
Joe's is so close to being a fine restaurant that I always wish they'd spice up the menu and pay attention to little things like the bread on the sliders and make it to being as excellent as I think they could be.“

“I grew up near the Chesapeake Bay and can tell you that Canal Side does crabs right. Their own seasoning blend is very good and they sell bags of it. The local crabs are just a bit smaller on average than Chesapeake crabs but that's ok, their flavor is great! 🦀“

“Great customer service first of all and let me tell you about the food! The Maryland crab soup is flavorful and delicious, you know your eating crab soup. And next stuffed shrimp w/ crab imperial and stuffed mushrooms are great tasting. Also bacon wrapped scallops are a hit, try w/ sweet chili sauce. The lobster roll sandwich is made to perfection. Delicious!And to top it all off key lime pie & peanut butter cake were fantastic.“

“This is a great spot for parents and kids. Parents can enjoy excellent service, great cocktails and decent barfood while knowing the kids are in a relatively safe environment. It beats going to Disneyland with all those weird middle aged forever kids riding scooters around the park.“

Over a pound of fresh, perfectly dressed lobster meat on an amazing bun with chips and pickles !!! Had to eat the top layers with a fork to get down to the meat in the bun. If you love Lobster rolls, you've gotta make it a point to hit La La Lobster if you're ever in Cape May, NJ !!! Tell them Karl & Robynn sent ya !!!“

“When I am at the shore and I think seafood, I think Back Bay Seafood. Honestly, best crab cakes I ever had. And let’s not forget the broiled scallops, and stuffed shrimp, and the list goes on! Amazing food, high quality, and excellent customer service. Not to mention, family-owned business that appreciates their customers and are dedicated to providing quality meals, the kind you eat with your friends and family and make those down-the-shore memories. Can’t say enough good things about Back Bay, except I’ll be back real soon!“

“We had a party of 13 and were told it would be an hour and a half wait. Totally fine, we’re 13 ppl. Our wait ended up actually being less than that. we were seated promptly and our awesome server Vinne came right over and began helping us out with everything we needed. I have to say the food was great and the service was even better. We are not the easiest group to handle so we were beyond grateful to have such a great server to be taking care of us. “The wife and I were out and about and decided to try the Waterside location in Lakewood Ranch Fl. I have to say im a bit of a critic because we have family in Maine and have tasted all ends of the spectrum of lobster rolls from amazing to terrible and this place makes a great Lobster rolls with a spot on price comparable to Maine and other restaurants in the area. The staff member we dealt with was super nice I wish I would have got his name, but I do know he was from Jersey and had great knowledge knew the product well. We had 2 Connecticut rolls and they were great. I would say this place is worth checking out. Theres only outdoor seating, but you can easily walk around waterside and find a spot to kick back and enjoy or walk out enjoy their outdoor seating and it will complement their lobster rolls very well. They also have nice little selection of beers/beverages and a whole N/A fridge too.“

“I have used Lucky Bones’s Eric three times in the last five years for catering parties at my home/in my yard. Twice I also booked waitresses with my party. The food is always delicious, the service reliable. We ran out of chicken tenders for the kids once and they brought over a new batch! Everything is set up as ordered and arrives on time. You can’t go wrong with them for your party. My father’s small after-funeral reception was in their back room and my husband and I eat at the restaurant at least once a month. Highly recommend.“

“I stick to two items that never disappoint: the French Onion soup served in a crock and the hot roast beef w/horseradish and au jus for dipping. The onions are caramelized perfectly so they don't get mushy. The roast beef is lean, tender, and flavorful and the fresh horseradish gives plenty of bite. Hasn't changed in 20+ years; comfort food that spans the generation!“

“Picked it because of the name TBH. We just recently lost our own Dave to cancer and I thought it would be cool. The worker at the counter was a sweetheart, even checking on us while we ate outside. “If you ever picked up a seashell on the nearby shores so pristine it's shocking how everyone else overlooked it, you understand what it is to eat at Fish and Fancy. Nestled in the Villas, the exterior's understated quaintness might make it easy to drive by at first. The portions are large, the food is fantastic, and the employees are always so polite. While I will miss the mac and cheese they served during lent, if you're grading a restaurant on their sides then you haven't been to a restaurant with a good main dish. With flavors on par with (or better than) some waterfront restaurants, they sell you on the dish itself and are able to keep their prices very competitive. I've never eaten there, only taken out, so I can't speak on behalf of their dining quarters. But I'm sure it's more than adequate.“

“Hi I want to sing my praises to two of your waitresses that went above and beyond during our meals while vacationing in Wild Woods. Our first Experience and 2nd we had the pleasure of having “Niki” and truly we could not ask for better service than she offered,her tone,her understanding and the way she treated my toddler is immeasurable and the small details that were paid attention to were not found in other establishments we tried. I hope she knows how valued and appreciated she is by our family! We stopped in for one last meal before heading back to MD and we were cared for. A waitress I don’t re call a name but long curly hair,and a smile that lit up a room and was welcoming,her table side manner was fantastic she joked with us and also treated my daughter remarkably well where again other establishments frowned upon her questions or acted as she wasn’t talking. Furthermore,Noticing the whole atmosphere was a fantastic vibe, Everyone was smiling and working as a team. Can’t wait to return !“

“We’ve been waiting a long time to try this “hidden gem” although it’s not so hidden anymore as Philly Inky’s Craig Laban named it one of 20 places for seafood down the Jersey Shore this month. My wife had the famous scallops and thought they were delicious, reminded her of classic, fresh taste of the shore scallops from youth. My burger was good. Fries were tasty. Drinks were proper. Service was attentive. The scallops alone are reason to return.“

“Fresh and interesting menu. Everything we had was perfect. Smoked salmon and noodle aps were both great starters to share. Scallops, crab cakes, swordfish entrees were delicious. The desserts were lovely and generous portions. Not surprised to hear that this is a perennial favorite for many regulars.“

“I didn’t get any pics i am so sad about that! First i would like to start off that JoJo was an amazing server. The clams were delicious. We ordered calamari which was extra crispy! My husband had the fried flounder, my daughter had the lobster roll and my son had the lobster grilled cheese. The lobster was delightful but the grilled cheese was outstanding. I had the homemade crabcake! Wow! So Good !!“
