“Best Dinner in the area great prices“

“Worst experience of my life! I had my micro wedding here and was charged for things I didn't get. No drinks were verbally offered they just had a separate table with pitchers of water on it. We paid $100 extra to have a table set up with lemonade and or iced tea pre ceremony. I was supposed to be able to set up my wedding favors on this table as well. The seafood dish was supposed to have scallops in it and we noticed they omitted them. In the private beach area where we were supposed to have our ceremony they had an event going on up to 15 minutes before my ceremony. They had picnic tables alongside the ceremony just overlaping and pushed against the fence I had to ask them to move so they would not be in my pictures. I had barely any time to set up decorations. The air-conditioning was broke supposedly in the whole restaurant they could not even provide fans so my guests were very hot and uncomfortable. The upstairs was supposed to be our rain plan but we asked if we could have everything up there and the GM would not allow us to move to the upstairs that was air-conditioned and not being used but I was allowed to change into my dress upstairs. We were told it cost more to have it upstairs. I felt like considering the air conditioner not working they should have moved us. Honestly I could go on and on but I'm too exhausted! I felt like I missed out on a lot of photo opportunities and moments bc of how hot and uncomfortable everyone was!“

“Charming restaurant with friendly staff and excellent food. The menu has traditional dishes and comfort food. I loved how cozy the dining area was with plush booths and etched glass. I came here specifically for The Crab Au Gratin, something I rarely see on menus these days. I highly recommend pairing it with pasta in a butter garlic sauce. My husband said the fish and chips were excellent and we just came back from the UK. They had a nice kids menu and my son enjoyed the fried shrimp. The pricing was reasonable for a shore town. It's located between stone harbor and cape may. We'll return again!“

“Stopped by to pick up some shrimp for my first attempt at a seafood boil and this place had everything super fresh and the price was lower than we expected for Jersey Shore. Ended up getting 4 pounds of peeled shrimp, 2 bags of crab legs/claws and fried flounder sandwiches that were also delicious. Our boil turned out amazing all of our guests raved about it. Could have even gotten all of our produce here if we wanted to they had everything.“

“every year my extended family and i go ( 20+ people) here during the summer and the service is amazing. the seafood here is amazing along with all their other food. I remember coming here as a kid and having a great time playing in a sandbox they had. I recommend lobster, crab, and chicken parm.“

“Custard was pretty good. We wanted to go to a la mode but the line was wrapped around the building at 9:30 so we figured we’d try something new.

We got gelaties and custard.

-4 flavors of water ice & 2 flavors for custard…chocolate and vanilla.

It’s CASH ONLY.

Water ice is chunky and not like a Rita’s but still good! It works for a quick treat.“

“We had a reservation for 7:15 on Valentine’s Day, arrived and checked in around 7:10, the hostess was so friendly and calm considering how packed the little vestibule area was, she said there was a little wait but we were still seated by 7:25, which was perfect. Our waitress, Kimmie was amazing! Obviously it was a very very busy night, kitchen was a little backed up, and they were out of most steaks but we were just enjoying our time together. Kimmie made sure we had a drink or food in front of us the entire time and checked in often. The bussers did a great job making rounds and clearing dishes within minutes of us being finished. We had a great experience and will be back to dine here again.“

“We were at the Cocoa Beach location. The first thing I had was their signature crabcake grilled cheese. Unbelievable! It was so good, we went back a second time! go get some!“

“We ate there last night. It is an upscale restaurant with white table clothes. You should eat on the patio facing the marina. Two of our dishes were very good- the flounder and the lobster ravioli. They had Slacktide Pale Ale on draft, which is great. You need reservations here, even during the week (in-season.)“

“The servers and managers are not educated with what's in the food. Got sick after going to Oar House Pub and the server saying they have a gluten option for the burgers when they don't. Ended up in the hospital and manager Amy C. can't even say simple sorry and is just an argumentative person. The person below was our server“

“My friends and I had been wanting to try Provence, and it surpassed our expectations. Upon arrival, we were taken in by the stunning decor and historical architecture and character. LOVE the exquisite wallpaper throughout!
We decided on the 3 course meal and were in awe of the presentation, immersed in the delectable flavors, and impressed with the portion sizes. Many of us took home leftovers. All 6 of us were very pleased with our meals. I highly recommend Provence!“

“This is hands down the best Chinese takeout in Atlantic County. Their General Tso’s chicken has large chunks of fresh chicken and isn’t drowning in breading or fried filler. I’ve never had a bad dish here, and I order takeout at least once a month. Always consistent and delicious.“

“Nice open space to spend time with family and friends. Casual. Inside and outside seating. Drinks are a little pricey (but it's Avalon) and there is a 2hr parking limit (street meters). We had finger food and drinks and had a great time sitting at the humongous and beautiful bar.“
