“Had a great time at The Peter Shields Inn last night. Chris was our waiter, and he was fantastic! The food was outstanding. Had the soup of the day, which was a crab chowder that was amazing, and my girlfriend had the buratta appetizer with strawberries that was great!!we both had the filet mignon special, and they were cooked to perfection, and tasted great! The ambiance is really nice there, and the piano player adds to a great ambiance! Especially that you can request songs via text message! We have been there a few times, and we love it every time we go!! Our favor for restaurant in Cape May!“

“When you have a menu that works, stick with it. And that's exactly what Mia does. Oh she'll charm you with delectable, exquisitely created specials to keep us on our toes, but it's the steak and seafood that continue to excel. We dined on the filet and small so African lobster that we're done to perfection. And this was at the end of the evening, when everyone is tired and beat. The corn fritter app was good, although I think the shrimp could have been slightly larger and the tails kept on for texture, but that's just me (and it's not my restaurant). The bread, salad and dessert included were each individually sublime. No doggie bags needed from us. Never felt rushed, however, we didn't feel entirely embraced either. With such a special dining destination, I like to feel special. Because the food says it's so. The ambience is California chic. Soft. Romantic. A tad noisy, but certainly doable. Wonderful overall and I'd highly recommend! Looking forward to future visits.“

“We ate here a couple weeks ago when we were in town. It was one of the only places open, and wow was my family glad. We enjoyed our first experience we went there a second time the next day. The table service was fantastic. We really enjoyed the Boston cream French toast and the chocolate chip pancakes are some of the most flavorful we have had. We will definitely be back!“

“Never dined here before. Picked it out for birthday celebration. Food was very good. The New England clam chowder was the best we've ever had and we've tried plenty through the years!! They even had key lime pie for dessert, which was also very good. Pork chop and Osso Buco were cooked perfectly. Our waitress Barbara was excellent, efficient and professional. I was wished Happy Birthday by the hostess upon arrival. When the table next to us received birthday “fireworks “ with their dessert, we mentioned to Barbara that we were also celebrating, she apologized for not knowing and brought one right out to our table!! Ambiance was nice. Prices are what you would expect to pay for a restaurant of this caliber. All in all, a nice dinner was had with plenty of leftovers. I would highly recommend Tisha's and will return.“

“Nice place just over the bridge into town of Cape May. Hard to decide what to eat because quite a few things on the menu sounded wonderful. I chose a juicy grilled chicken BLT with added cooper sharp and my husband had the filet tip cheese steak which he really enjoyed. Our appetizers where wings and bacon wrapped scallops with a radish/beet dip. My husband and I added this place to our list of places we must return to, to try more things on the menu.“

“Went here for the 1st time in all the years we have been going to Wildwood. Definitely will be back. The service was friendly but not overbearing. The food was wonderful! The omlette was absolutely huge, could easily spilt one with someone. All the food portions were large and worth what you paid for them. Everything came out fast, hot, and made exactly as ordered. This will be our new breakfast spot! The inside is very nice as well decor has great balance of light and dark. Bathrooms were also super clean!“

“We’ve owned homes in both Cape Cod and Cape May, and sampled many styles of crab cakes and NE clam chowder. We’ve been extremely thrilled by both dishes at Dockside Daves, and would rate them at the top of everything we’ve tried elsewhere. The lobster roll and fried fish sandwich were great too. Service and atmosphere at Maison Bleue were absolutely great- and the food even better. No skimping on the portions here - but that did not take away from fabulous presentation and delicate plating. “Went to Avalon Links for the Easter brunch buffet with my family since we decided not to cook this year. Best decision ever!!! The food was AMAZING and the atmosphere top notch with great views of the golf course. Our server was very attentive and friendly and kept our beverages coming, I had Bloody Mary’s with just the right amount of spicy. We will most definitely be back for the Mother’s Day brunch! “Our dinner tonight at the Swine Bar was the best that we have eaten all summer here at the Jersey shore . We were a table of 5 that ordered a lot of appetizers that all were truly tasteful and flavorful and absolutely delicious! Our entrees were incrediable had so much tenderness and were extremely creative and delicious Everything was paced just right and served with ease, friendliness , great atmosphere was observered by everyone at our table ! One person at our table asked why is everything so good here ! “Great food, very nice waitstaff. A tad pricey but not unreasonable given the chef quality. But the food was soooo sloooow in coming. It took over an hour from when we were seated to getting our meal. We did have appetizers, but those came quickly and we had 30+ minutes between when our appetizers were cleared and when our entree arrived.“

“Came to the Firemen's convention and found this hidden gem on the boardwalk. So glad I did as I'm Puertorican and their food is sooooo good and authentic. We had alcapurrias, empanadas, surrollitos de maíz w/cheese inside, rice and beans and everything came out hot & fresh!!!!! They have plenty of tables to seat about 20 people. Today will be my 3rd day going and will go until my last day...!The owner is so nice, she let me place a order of surrollitos to pick up Sunday for my parents; they are going to be super happy. “Great casual spot for excellent vegan food. We were so pleased to find a restaurant with vegan food that is not only delicious but very healthy! The multiple options are more whole food plant-based than any other restaurant in this area (and there aren't many to choose from)! Our server was kind and polite. “My girlfriend and I ate breakfast here during our vacation to Cape May in late August 2023. Ocean View is placed right along Beach Ave and only a short walk from many of the hotels. The ambiance was nice and we had a great view of the promenade and beach. It was pleasantly cool and quiet despite being a fairly busy late morning. I ordered the Meat Omelette with Hot Italian Sausage added with Home Fries and Wheat Toast. The Omelette was well done and there was more than enough meat to be filling. The Home Fries and Toast were perfectly cooked and perfectly accompanied the Omellete.“

There were four of us, three fillets were perfect medium rare one was slightly overdone. All with good flavor. I wish we had extra bread so that I could have chunks more in the clam sauce. We called in for a large take-out order and the restaurant even called back and we're talking to us about if they can do it family style or other things like that to cater to the party better. I thought this was an extremely genuine gesture that not every restaurant had to do, and it made our experience some of your dining at home better. I would suggest this to anyone in the area.“
