“Visiting Grumpys for the Pizza Hunters App and was not disappointed. Parking can be tricky. There are only 4 parking spots behind the Pizzeria..I wound up parking across the street and patronizing the Deli as well in the process. I didn't even get all the way inside the door and was greeted immediately with a Hello, Welcome and How are You. Service was excellent and the price point was excellent. A lot of great Pizza for your money. It took me a little to find the words for this Pizza. The Crispy crust is definitely the highlight. Followed by the Sauce and Cheese. Really, the pizza has its own unique style and delivery. It all works. At one point, I thought maybe a little more sauce, since i am a big fan, but once it hits your taste Buds, you realize that it all works perfectly together and that's what makes it unique as a Grumpys Pizza. “An old school authentic Italian deli run by mom, dad, and their son. The food is outstanding, I had an Italian Combo and my wife had a turkey sub, there was no skimping on the ingredients, WOW! As for the pizza ? we traveled here from Cape Cod in search of the best pizza from Rockland County NY through Bergen County NJ. We eventually landed here at Petrillos and met John and his parents working behind the counter. An old school hard-working family making traditional pizzas. We were blown away by what they had created, a super tasty combination of classic sauce and the perfect amount of cheese on a slightly crispy underbody with a soft but crisp crust. We ordered 13 pizzas that day, 10 plain,1 green pepper & onion, and 2 chicken cutlet and cherry pepper. After trying the Chicken cutlet and cherry pepper I called the next morning and ordered 3 more...wow it was awesome. Upon picking up the pizzas Sunday morning we discovered John making breakfast on the flat-top grill so my wife ordered French toast and bacon, yum! We gave this establishment a 5-star review but on a scale of 1-10 we gave our highest review 9.8 only because there has to be room for something higher, we just haven't found it yet. “Cool new spot in town! I was reluctant to try this place out but I decided to give it a try after seeing a nice crowd in there. It turns out there is a new owner, he just kept the name of the place the same. A mistake in my opinion but at least he did one good thing. He hired a great bartender named I know from Barrel and Brew. This guy can make a great drink and he is so personable. He interacts well with guests and designed a great menu of drinks. I enjoyed a couple of delicious margaritas while I was there. They also had a DJ named Bronson playing some great music. I look forward to seeing how this place does because I've always said this spot would make a great bar because of the nice patio outside. It would make a great hangout for the summer. I can't really comment on the food because I only tried an order of wings but they were good. The ambience though gave me reason to believe this place could make it at this spot.“

“Where do I begin? We had our daughter's party scheduled from 3:00pm-5:00pm and from the moment we came in, the staff greeted us. We met our hostess Lisa almost immediately as she came right out to introduce herself and walk us over to our table. We got there about half an hour early and everything was already nicely set up. Throughout our time there, Lisa did a spectacular job by being so friendly and attentive. The manager, Denishah was also amazing. She also came over to introduce herself and let us know that if we needed anything to please come see her. It was actually overstimulating and really, really made for a bad experience. We didn’t eat in the main dining room (which was 1000x louder), we ate in a little room off of it with about 6 tables and it was still so loud. Very off putting.The restaurant is massive - a bar when you first walk in, a large dining area with booths and tables and a “private room”. There was also a pizzeria too.The food was delicious and the staff were very abundant and helpful. Everyone absolutely loved their entree and everything came out piping hot.Highly recommend the Veal Martini and the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, both had sauces that were to die for.It is an expensive place to dine (especially if you are ordering cocktails), but the food is outstanding.Dress code a little fancier than casual, with most diners wearing sports coats, dresses, and even heels.Overall a really great restaurant and would go back, just hope they can put some soundproofing in!There also is valet parking because there is no street parking (free of charge), however, don’t forget to tip them a few bucks!Parking: Free valet parking but don’t forget to give them a few bucks!“

We had two plain small thin crust pies, a half pepperoni/half sausage, and a small thin crust with half “the works” and half veggie. We also got a salad and two Italian subs and an arugula salad. Everything we ate was fantastic!We also got to meet the owner Alex, who has put his heart and soul into this place. He is a stand-up guy who really cares about his customers. “Dante's is a great place. We have been delivery customers for a few years always enjoying dinners, apps as well as fantastic pizza. Deliveries are always quick and efficient . Friday we had to stop by a chef from the CIA who lives in Cresskill and we mentioned feeling like a nice bowl of pasta. So it was no surprise that Dante's was the pick. It's definitely one of the best around. The menu is fairly priced, they are absolutely affordable and the menu is thoughtfully put together. Service was great . Our waiter "E" did a great job. He was on point with his attentive service. He was assisted by another young man and for Lydia and me , we appreciate seeing teamwork. It's what makes restaurants work well. “I stopped into La Bona Pizza after a drive up in Old Tappan and tried a slice of their cheese pizza. It is excellent!. The sauce has so much flavor and that makes the base of the pizza. They are a little on the pricy side but it is well worth it. The rest of their pizzas on display looked really good but they were $4.00 a slice which was a little high for me but there were some creative topping like Chicken Parm and Baked Ziti.“
