I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. Prices for slices are overpriced but prices for pies are very fair. Being open late is a huge plus in this area. Far from the best pizza around, but it’s one of those spots you end up going back to anyway. sometimes the staff is in a great mood and helpful and sometimes they look cooked. “Tried Mario’s Pizza & Pasta in Saddle Brook for the first time and I’ll definitely be coming back! The food was outstanding, the staff went above and beyond, and the menu has so many options that I can’t wait to explore more.

The chicken cutlet wrap and lomo steak sandwich were absolutely incredible - highly recommend both. And whatever you do, don’t forget to ask for the green sauce, it takes everything to another level!

Before we even got into his specific allergies, she wiped down the prep area, changed her gloves and showed us their allergy binder. When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. “Got invited to a #yelp event. I said pizza. I’m in. This place is kind of hidden but well worth it. Many pizza slices available. Soon as you walked in and smell the greatness you are going to have. The had sandwiches as well. I decided to get the Popeye slice (spinach & ricotta) and a prosciutto slice. Oh my goodness was amazing!! They had about 10 flavors of gelato to pick from as well. I got a scoop of the pistachio & a scoop of fruity pebbles. I was told by the owners daughter who was at register (very polite & friendly) they make them in house. I had to drive little of 30 min to get there. If you’re in the area stop by or if you like me take a ride. You won’t be sorry. There’s a fountain outside where you or the kids can cool off.
