“Stefan the new chef has a wonderful restaurant here with fantastic delicacies to choose from. Standouts are his Tuna sushi on rice cakes with caviar. Amazing. Also the steak frites with truffle fries and the tuna carpaccio...just wow. Stefan also had a delicious tapas served as appetizers a few weeks ago with anchovies and other types of seafood served on toasted baguettes. He is friendly and engaging and a great addition to the Ho-Ho-Kus dining scene. Bought St Eves from the previous owners about 2 years ago. Go and Enjoy!“

The French Fries were very good. The menu looks very ambitious, and I look forward to trying their other offerings. The bathrooms are tiny, but clean! It's a safe bet that you'll get an enjoyable meal at Strawberry Place.“

“Lifelong Palisades resident, and have loved the 9W Market/The Filling Station since it opened back in 2011! A HUGE improvement over the previous ownership when it was called the Palisades Market which opened in the spring of 2010 and was only open for a few months and then closed. I was so disappointed with the Palisades Market because it lacked a decent food selection and this community needed something so much more. Luckily, the owners of the 9W Market have done such an amazing job! I’ve never had a bad meal here! The ingredients are high quality and super fresh! The atmosphere and ambiance is very relaxing and tranquil! Love the bistro theme on the indoor side and picnic theme by the filling station burger stand. Not to mention, the burgers are the best I’ve ever had! Made with high quality grass fed beef! This is gourmet nyc restaurant style food right in our local neighborhood! Keep up the great work!“

The spinach pies are tangy and delicious. My kids love the chicken pies. They also sell olive oil, soft drinks, different types of bread and cookies. Once you start going to Ameer’s you can’t stop. Everything is so fresh and authentic.“

He chose a few cookie dough cupcakes, while I got brownie, chocolate-covered strawberry, and vanilla with chocolate frosting cupcakes. I've only tasted the chocolate-covered strawberry one so far, and it was delicious. He didn't regret picking up multiple cookie dough cupcakes. We're looking forward to finishing our selections. “Just got home with our food that we ordered on the phone. This was our second time ordering from Yassou. We enjoyed our chicken gyros so much the first time that we ordered them again. Plus we ordered two sides - gigante beans and rice pilaf. The beans were absolutely delicious, however the rice pilaf was a big disappointment. First of all, it was not rice pilaf. It was basic basmati rice and worse was, it was seasoned with cilantro. Cilantro?? In a Greek rice side dish? And you pay $9.00.“

The sashimi was good for the most part, the salmon was the best part, melted in my mouth and delicious. The other fish were good too. The unagi don was good but a bit too salty, so that was a little disappointing. I haven't tried the miso soup yet.“
