Sara behind the counter has gotten to know me and ALWAYS remembers my order. Tonight, she asked me what was new, and I told her I had been upset all day worrying about all the stuff I have on my plate right now getting my business ready to open. She was the sweetest. When I reached for my credit card, she told me my order was on her and gave me a hug and said, "You got this." “I moved into the area recently and have gone to this location multiple times over the last year two years. Honestly, I’m not sure what it is, not sure who is doing what, but everybody who works behind the counter are some of the friendliest people in food service I’ve ever met! They are genuinely sweet people. Seriously, when you go in there, just strike up a little light conversation. They’re so nice! A pleasure! Every single one I’ve ever encountered behind the counter! “Unlike some others we had excellent service. When ordering a salad, it was carefully chopped for easy eating. At other locations they sometimes just throw whole slices of meat on the salad which is much more difficult to cut with the chintzy plastic knives they provide.

“Not up to Jersey Mike’s standards. Did not have chicken salad, got tuna sub that was poorly made. Over stuffed with tuna, mushy bread. Only ate half.

Update March 2026: Been back 3 times since bad experience. They must have had a bad day then. Each time now food is good, well prepared, and staff is friendly and efficient. Thank you 🙏 for improvements!“

I shop at Whole Foodsfor specialty items and some fruits and vegetable. Mainly organic fruits that you do not peel like apples, strawberries, blueberries and pears to name a few. My other main reason for shopping here are the specialty especially in the cheese and bakery departments. They carry a lot of Keto/Paleo items which I am not interested in, as well as, an oat-milk/almond milk machine that makes them fresh. Next to the bakery they have a Naan bread display. The naan bread is made their on premise Tandoori oven. The store and parking area is never crowded when I shop. They usually have only one or two cashiers working during slow periods and a self check-out area. I never tried their deli, pizza station or acai bowel so I have no comment. If you do not have your own shoppin bags which I do, It will cost you 10 cents per bag.“

“Food and service are great. The only reason for the 4 instead 5 is just the prices have almost double since COVID. 22 dollars for barely a foot long is crazy. Like I can go to subway and do the 7 dollar foot longs. A sub is a sub. Is there really enough going on to justify a 15 dollar difference?? I can understand like 12 dollars for a sandwich maybe even 14 but 22 and up I can't afford to go here anymore.“

The staff are very efficient in what they do there’s nothing to not love about this place they have amazing sandwiches hot/cold dinner/ breakfast they have it all ! “Popped into Henry's Fine Foods to get take out sandwiches for my sister and I to get sandwiches to bring to my Mom's place. The have a descent sized seating area and a large we selection of convenience items.

We ordered BLTs and Grilled Cheese. Sandwiches were great and the 2 Team Members were wonderful !!!

They have a parking lot on Bloomfield Avenue which is a HUGE BONUS !!!“

“Haven't been to this location in a long time so decided to try it. There were about three different parties waiting and no one was at the front. When the gal finally did come she apologized and sat the party in front of us. Then the manager came and said there was only one server that day and the wait would be about 15-20 minutes. The party behind us left since they had small children. We had no problem with the wait and Kat was our waitress, well she was everybody's waitress. LOL. Had to give her props, she did an excellent job. Our question was why didn't the manager help out? Maybe that's not the way they do things there but we felt a little sorry for poor Kat. But she was at her sweetest and most efficient self despite waiting on all the tables so she should be commended for that.“
