They "get it" when it comes to balanced flavor, variety of veggies and even the way they cut them with a special slicer was perfect. Truly Thai is now our go-to Thai food destination. “I had an amazing experience dining here tonight. My boyfriend & I wanted to explore Vietnamese cuisine. I’m vegan & loved that they had multiple options for me. We ordered steamed vegetable dumplings to start. Fresh ingredients and the perfect starter to a great meal. The Thai milk tea was outstanding. Not too sweet yet creamy and addictive. The staff directed me towards the lemongrass pho with vegetables and tofu. It was out of this world! The lemongrass flavor was rich and comforting. My boyfriend ordered the Bánh mì. It was sweet and savory - the perfect balance. The baguette was fresh and the meat was very seasoned and well cooked. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Andy. You can tell he’s passionate about his restaurant and customers. I said I added too much chili oil to my broth (rookie mistake - it’s very spicy!) and he was kind enough to add more broth to my leftovers to lessen the heat. He was accommodating, friendly and kind. We can’t wait to explore the whole menu. Highly recommended!“

“This was our first time trying Ramen so we have nothing else to compare it too. We saw this place had great reviews, and we both love soup so we gave it a try. I had the vegetable ramen and my husband had the beef ramen. We both thought our ramen soups were very good! Next time I’d like to try one of their Thai soups. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t speak English well so it was hard for her to explain their various soups they had. We would definitely come again. I recommend Ji Bei Chuan in Edison!“

Anyway, I literally came here because Ugly Dumpling (next door) sat me down and had me waiting for 15 minutes without any water, menu or anything. So...I left and came here. So glad I did. 🤭🫢😜“

“To My Lou, we adore Scoop! They create all of their ice cream on-site and have a fantastic assortment of flavors! There is always a good time. Although it gets crowded in the summer, they manage to keep the lines moving swiftly. Additionally, they have a lovely outdoor seating area that is adorned with lights and looks adorable at night.“

Noodles Time is amazing! I absolutely loved the pig intestines—they were cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. But the real highlight was the duck noodle soup—it was to die for! The broth was rich and aromatic, and the duck was incredibly tender. The staff is super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“I’m writing this as I eat pad Thai from a little restaurant in Sayerville. I live in middlesex county now, but I used to work in Westfield close to this place, I would get the lunch special, spicy chicken of Thai and tom yum soup. I miss it so much, no other pad Thai can compete with this place. Miss u guys 🤍“

“It was one of those days that I was craving for Dimsum and a friend recommended this place for the family. It was a drive to get there but it was worth it. It didn’t disappoint! We did enjoy all the food we ordered. We made the kids try chicken feet too and actually enjoyed it! Definitely will be coming back. Love the wide open space, huge tables, the food served quick, the price is affordable. If you travel around Edison, New Jersey, this is one place you can go to. Enjoy!“
