“Yet another reason why 502 Bakery is my bakery of choice. Woke-up Saturday morning (4/12/2025) craving crumb coffee cake. Arrived at 502 Bakery a few minutes before 9AM, but when I approached the door the sign said, "Sorry We're Closed!" I did not realize they opened at 9:30AM. So I went back to my vehicle to wait 30-minutes until they officially opened. LOL... Wait?! Yes, the crumb cake is that good! Not more than 2-minutes later, I looked back from my vehicle to see the neon 'OPEN' sign on! Rather than having a customer wait they chose to open early. 502 Bakery's customer service matches the quality of their product. Thanks 502 team! See you again soon. Gerald S.“

“Stopped by Papa Ganache in Manasquan and didn’t realize it was a vegan bakery until we got there. I ordered the cake roll, s’mores bar, and an Americano. Everything was delicious! The flavors were really good, and even though the texture isn’t quite like a non-vegan baked good, the taste totally made up for it.“

“I ordered a cake for my 75th birthday - chocolate cake, chocolate mousse filling and chocolate whipped cream (more like a mocha). It was the best cake ever and everyone raved about it. With all the chocolate you would think it would be very sweet but it wasn’t. Very light and not at all sweet. I have also gotten cookies from there several and they were delicious. At pickup in Jan 2025, the large heavy cake was carried out to the car for me. It was beautifully decorated and exactly as expected. Again, great customer service! Best of all, at the party, many of our guests raved about the delicious cake. A fresh and moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate custard and iced with whipped cream. Excellent!“
