Arrived at 502 Bakery a few minutes before 9AM, but when I approached the door the sign said, "Sorry We're Closed!" I did not realize they opened at 9:30AM. So I went back to my vehicle to wait 30-minutes until they officially opened. LOL... Wait?! Yes, the crumb cake is that good! Not more than 2-minutes later, I looked back from my vehicle to see the neon 'OPEN' sign on! “had the mcmuffin (tofu and tempeh?) which was just ok, and an apple cider donut. partner had the fried chicken (seitan) sandwich. portions on the sandwich were enormous, fries were good, the donut was excellent, and there were so many options to try. i would 100% go back and try more things. loved that everyone that came through the door was dressed in black, covered in tattoos, and vegan; my people.“

“As someone who is both vegan and gluten free, this place was like heaven on earth. They labeled everything so clearly and had such a wide variety of options of baked goods. Rivals the famous Vegan Treats bakery of Bethlehem, PA. I only wish that they had more savory offerings.“

At pickup in Jan 2025, the large heavy cake was carried out to the car for me. It was beautifully decorated and exactly as expected. Again, great customer service! Best of all, at the party, many of our guests raved about the delicious cake. A fresh and moist chocolate cake filled with chocolate custard and iced with whipped cream. Excellent!“
