It’s only been a few times that I’ve been able to stop in since I don’t live close, but whenever I’m in Ridgewood, I like to get something to eat here. “I can’t say enough about this place. We have been ordering from them for 25 years. Never ever had a problem. Food is always great. We usually pick it up but get delivery every so often. The food comes so fast it’s unbelievable! And they are great about diet restrictions too!

The kind proprietor maintains very fair prices and pumps out freshly prepared food with the flavors many of us in the area were accustomed to from Chinese-American take out. Everything was so good, my picky kids even asked for seconds. They also gave us a free 2Lt soda (though we're not soda drinkers) which we haven't seen since moving here from NYC.“

“I have been in Jersey i have eaten at many places and hands down this has been the best place. The shrimp rolls are huge very fulfilling. Fried Fish with Plantain is my go too. I love the food here omg. My good mom loves the chicken foo young, egg drop soup. This place has been open for years and i wish i knew about it sooner. An incredible loss to Pompton Lakes and the many customers who called Golden Garden their regular place. I did for well over 10 years. Please keep the two wonderful ladies, if you are a regular you know who I mean, in your thoughts as they and their families chart a course forward and eventually come back from this devastating loss. So I literally just finished the General Tso's Chicken lunch special, and I couldn't agree more with the other positive reviews. The food was hot, smelled heavenly, and had a taste to match! The chicken had just the right amount of crisp and the sauce had a delicious flavor, without overpowering the dish. The chicken itself was top quality and didnt have any traces of fat.
