“such a cute cafe! I’ve been wanting to stop by for the longest but never had the time to until recently. I walked in and the gentleman at the register recommended “the Antonio” sandwich…and let me tell you, I came back the next day for another one! It was so good! The 2nd time around, I was able to get my hands on their tarts and they were delicious. Will def continue to make my way in.“

“Cafe La Maude in Philadelphia is a charming spot that blends French and Lebanese culinary traditions into a delightful brunch experience. With a 5-star rating, it’s praised for its flavorful and unique dishes, professional service, and the cozy ambiance that makes the wait worthwhile. The menu offers a mix of healthy options, and while the prices are a bit steep, the quality of the food is exceptional. It’s a place where you can enjoy a leisurely meal and feel the warmth of family history and culture in every bite.“

“Delicious cold brew and really nice baristas. There's so many great options for drinks and this is also the perfect place to stop by to stock up for a picnic. You could sit in here and do work, but the seating is more for a little chat versus a long haul work day. This shop is in a garage in a good way. Great philly spot with awesome coffee. Silly chairs outside they're very low and the tables are very high but it's fun that way“

“A cute pet-friendly cafe with a persimmon theme in Fishtown. It might be a popular spot in the neighborhood as it was busy on a Sunday morningSide note: My friend recommended me Drift Magazine for city coffee guide and I was excited to flip the physical copies there. We ordered latte and cappuccino. Very smooth coffee with a nutty espresso base. Well-frothed milk gave a creamy texture. Loved the latte art on top. The porcelain mugs and coasters they used were cute. Their pastries looked attractive to serve with coffee too.“

“1. The food is delightful and worth the try.2. Drinks were pretty good, especially for non coffee drinkers.3. For the Banh Mi and Sando, the bread was crisp and airy. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. The Sando has an onion aioli that is slightly overpowering (for my personal preference).4. The service was nice and friendly.5. The atmosphere is very homey and welcoming. Nice place eat and hang out with your friends and family.“

“I can’t believe I haven’t been here more often! Last time I was here was probably a couple years ago, when I think they only had tea. Now they have an extensive food menu—I got the tuna onigiri and a salmon roll. You can get a great meal here for a good price, plus delicious bubble tea. I will definitely come back to try a different tea and I want to try more of their appetizers!“

The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. Their espresso is bold and flavorful, and their pastries are delectable. Whether you're a coffee aficionado or just looking for a relaxing atmosphere, Il Sorriso never disappoints.“

“Have seen a lot of people say “delightful” and that’s an apt description. Family shop that you can tell, but what they’ve built is absolutely a marvel. Beautiful place, tons of coffee options, generous sizes without sacrificing it looking/being nice, food’s great too and rotating and actual thought seems to have gone into it rather than just pumping out 15 different croissants or something.“

“Clean minimal shop with quality matcha products and great ice cream.Strawberry and earl grey swirl are my current go to after dinner in Chinatown, however it is a seasonal flavor so get it while you can. I’ve also had the hojicha float which was refreshing and had a deep roasted nutty flavor with an edge of bitterness. What I enjoy most about this place is the typical Asian compliment when it comes to dessert “not so sweet”.Surreal is quite trendy but I find myself becoming quickly tired of it due to amount, all the toppings, and just the overall sweetness of the ice cream whereas matcha Maiko has the perfect amount of sweetness to remind you it’s a treat but not to the point where halfway through you feel like need water or tea to tone down the sugar“

“Coming to leave a review because I mistakenly left and forgot to tip! I stopped by while getting an oil change and had my pup with me - couldn’t bring him inside so they kindly took my order and brought it out to me. Such a lovely environment and good coffee- thanks again!“

“Delightful visit to this bakery! The mocha cake was heavenly—moist, rich in flavor, and with the perfect balance of coffee and chocolate. Paired with their freshly brewed coffee, it was an absolute treat. Cozy ambiance and friendly staff added to the wonderful experience. A must-try spot for anyone looking for quality cakes and coffee. Highly recommend!“

“I came here for the first time after an otherwise hectic morning and had such a delightful experience. The coffee and quinoa bowl were delicious and I am obsessed with their HUSKEE drinkware, which is made from recycled coffee husks. Everything about this cafe—from the general vibe to the customer service to the art—makes me want to return, and I look forward to my next visit :).“

“They had several great vegan options and the owner was very kind and interested in us having a good experience. The atmosphere is a little cramped but not claustrophobic. I loved the random assortment of books and plants all over. We thoroughly enjoyed our stop here!Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options!“

“What we ordered: Baker’s Basket, Continental Breakfast, French Omelet, and a hot latte.I’d recommend the Continental Breakfast if you’re indecisive or if you want a variety in one order, which was fun for me to try. I love the croissants here because they are not too flaky yet still buttery and fresh. However, the scone was too dry for my liking, and the toasted brioche was okay. It was a fun breakfast for us with friendly service.Be mindful of the parking as well, because you’ll need to parallel park and pay for the time you’re there. If you’re even a couple of minutes late, you may end up with a ticket, which was a painful experience for us.“

“This morning, as I was on my way to work, I had a little bit of time to grab a cup of coffee before catching my train. I came across this quaint cafe and decided to check it out. I am so glad that I did. Not only did I get a cup of coffee but I also got an egg & cheese sandwich on a croissant. My breakfast was absolutely amazing. The croissant was buttery and fresh. The sandwich literally melted in my mouth and the coffee was the finishing touch! I told the workers that this was the best breakfast sandwich that I ever had! I will DEFINITELY be back and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND supporting this small business. Tell em that James sent you and YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!“

“+ Seated right away on a busy Sunday morning? + Great menu of diner favorites and specials? + The most delicious fresh squeezed orange juice? + Sourdough toast? Yes please to all! I had been wanting to try this great spot after bemoaning Philly's lack of respect for diner culture. I so badly miss popping into a great diner for a greasy breakfast on a Sunday morning (aka my version of church) and was on a mission to right that wrong. Fitzwater Cafe fits the bill perfectly and I will order the frittata probably every single time I go. Totally indulgent with cheese and veggies and served with rosemary potatoes that were some of the best breakfast potatoes I've had in a minute. Your mileage may vary here. A few things that were less than optimal: + Food did take a bit longer than you would expect. Our waitress said there were a number of large parties ahead of ours that lead to the backup which I appreciated. + Stool seats at the bar aren't the coziest. + My boyfriend's scrapple croissant on special was really good but not something he'd go for again. I had a bite and agreed it was a little too mealy/rich a sandwich to enjoy. + I would avoid the specialty coffee drinks and go for your standard diner coffee. Espresso was burnt and bitter. But do NOT skip the orange juice! Best $5 i've spent in a minute. Diner lovers unite!“
“I just want them to make my coffee and design my apartment ? the cappuccino is the smoothest that I've had in Philly and the decorum is exquisite. The price is very affordable for a cappuccino and it's CONSISTENTLY well made, which is rare for a coffee shop. Not to mention they're open on Christmas when everyone else is closed and I appreciate that. My 5 year old and I go and sit here for hours and write and read and laugh. It's an amazing atmosphere.“

“Been dying to come here since they opened in 2020 and finally made it in. The atmosphere is beautifully put together with the cutest southern country vibe. I got the coconut latte with almond milk and was so delicious. i got the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sammie on a honey biscuit and it was everything you think it would be. My mom got the cheddar bagel with cream cheese and was so light, the bread was super soft. this might be our new saturday morning spot!“

“Let me start with it's cash only. I didn't realize this till I heard a waitress on the phone say it. So I had to drive up to the Wawa to get cash. Place is cute & clean with plenty of parking. Staff is very friendly and they all seem to enjoy their work. Coffee is good, however it wasn't hot enough. I ordered a western omelet, no it isn't on the menu, just ask, they know what it is lol. My omelet was delicious, their home fried potatoes are fantastic, chunks of fresh potatoes with the skin on cooked soft, not mushy and seasoned perfectly.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu“

“Radicchio was amazing. The service was excellent. Dinner was delectable and the ambiance was delightful. Some of our favorites include Grilled Octopus, Farfalle Delizia, Burrata, Squid Ink Pasta (Special Entrée), Limoncello Cake, Pistachio Cake, and Cappuccino...all Chef's Kiss...We dined with our toddler and while the restaurant did not have a specific childrens menu, we can absolutely say our son enjoyed the food. The Farfalle and Chicken Parmesan were his favorites.“

“The food and atmosphere was remarkable. I came here Saturday and Sunday morning. The staff was soo friendly and made me feel so welcoming. The food was delicious and homemade. The homemade turkey sausages was delicious. Everything about it was amazing. I would highly recommend trying this place out. They also have outside seating and the prices are very reasonableParking: Since the place is right on market street, it can be difficult to find parking. Since I stayed at the hotel nearby, I walked to the restaurant“
“We passed by the large “COFFEE” sign on rt-38 many times and finally decided to stop in. It was an EXTREMELY pleasant surprise. We had no idea such a quaint coffee shop with kind owners awaited us. The decor is beautiful with a cozy fireplace. The drinks are incredible. The dark chocolate raspberry latte is arguably the best hot coffee I’ve ever had. Next time you’re thinking of stopping at Starbucks or Dunkin, try Take 5 instead. It’s worth it.“

“We've gone here for Friday lunches a few times in the past months and have ordered over half of the paninis they have available. Everything we've had from Torchwood is phenomenal, and I can't say that we've ever had a bad sandwich. It's quickly become one of our favorite places to pop out to during the week; plus, we love the music! The pineapple mango mint tea is a must try :)“

“I tried the bergamot latte and it's so refreshing! I've never had this flavor anywhere else which makes this cafe a little different from others. It can be quite small and there's an upstairs with a couple tables. I've seen that they used to have more seating in the past but half the space is a vinyl store, so it can be difficult to find seating. The barista was so friendly and welcoming too!“

“Really cute, clean and nicely decorated little spot. Has two diff sides. One is cafe, one is take out. Lots of pies and baked goods. I ordered the breakfast sandwich but subbed for vegan sausage. It was good but very sloppy/messy. The banana French toast was the real winner. Very tasty. Staff was really polite and friendly. We also got 2 slices of pie and a scone to go. The pecan was def the star. Very sweet and rich. Then the blueberry/apple crumb was also very decadent. And the butterscotch scone was also tasty. Can't wait to dunk it in my coffee this am!“

“Delicious!!! Got 7 banh mi's before I left Philly yesterday. Have to say the sandwich taste way better than Ba Le. The staff was so nice that they even gave me two packs of ice so I can have it in my bag cooler. I have to say the quality of the bread and meat is so fresh. I wish they had a bakery here out in NYC!“

“Breakfast here is amazing! This place a small and a tight squeeze but worth the wait and tight seating. The atmosphere is friendly and so is the staff. I ordered the breakfast wrap, which came with eggs, cheese, beef bacon, and potatoes inside. It also came with a side of grits but I'm personally not a fan of grits. Also I think grits don't work with this meal, I need up getting a side of salsa with it which paired perfectly with this wrap. The wrap was delicious!! I was in the mood for a breakfast sandwich but I went with the wrap and I wasn't disappointed. The table next to me ordered the chicken and waffles and it smelt amazing and I'm sadden that I don't have time to come back and try it. The amounts of food are a good size for the price. I loved everything about my experience. This is a great place for breakfast, not for a large party but great for couples, singles, and co-workers. By the way if you are looking for parking make sure to go around back behind the building, there is a good amount of parking there. If you liked this review please give it a like. Enjoy.“

“We tried TD for the first time on Monday as my brother was at Jeff for a treatment. We had egg frittata and a breakfast sandwich--both were outstanding. But the star of the show to me at least was my iced cinnamon roll latte. I normally don't go for this type of drink because they always taste like a mouthful of sugar. This had a delicious coffee flavor with just the right balance of milk and sweetness. Obviously these types of beverages are a sweet treat but one does want to taste the coffee. The young women in there keep everything running smoothly and the atmosphere is peaceful and warm. We're happy to have found a new spot.“

“I just discovered Local Links right here in Haddon Heights and tried their Sesame Roll Cheesesteak – it was a game-changer! They’re generous with the meat, and it’s super cheesy and mouth-wateringly good. The bread deserves a shout-out too: soft, just the right amount, not too bready – perfect to the last bite. It’s named the East-Philly Cheesesteak, and it genuinely tastes like it’s straight out of NJ. Plus, the presentation is unique, served on a metallic tray with a steak knife right through it. Had no idea this gem was in my backyard. Can’t wait to go back!“

“What a Gem!!! Everything was fantastic. But really sets the cafe apart from ALL others is the Barista. A true ambassador of the Nona and Pops but also of Termini. I wish I had asked her name. Give her a big raise, elevate her within the company to customer service trainer for all of your new employees.“
