“My visit to Louie's by Chef Jason was a highlight I'll long remember. After meeting Dom and Chef Jason at a Phillies game and hearing about their restaurant, I was intrigued enough to make the 45-minute drive. That decision was rewarded with an unforgettable dining experience, one that I'd gladly make a longer trip for.The atmosphere was perfectly suited for Valentine's Day warm and inviting. The standout dish for me was the Boom Boom Chicken. As someone typically indifferent to chicken parm, I was amazed by the flavor and quality of this dish. My girlfriend's short rib was just as impressive. Our waiter, Saul, deserves a special mention for his exceptional service, enhancing our evening with his attentiveness and knowledge of the menu. Dom and Chef Jason themselves really brought the whole experience full circle, adding a personal touch that was much appreciated. In conclusion, Louie's by Chef Jason is more than just a meal it's an experience worth every mile. The combination of delicious food, a great atmosphere, and personal service makes it a must-visit destination. It is refreshing to see a restaurant with a real passion for the food it puts on the table.“

“Attached to the Marketfair Mall, Seasons 52 of Princeton offers a peaceful dining experience, even for large groups and leans more towards light options, such as salads, along with seafood and vegetarian options. We were there for a birthday party with a large group of about 12 people, but the staff managed our group well and accommodated our requests, including easily splitting the check at the end of the night. We found ourselves in the back room, which was nice, but it felt a bit odd with people from the mall walking by and peeking in at the large window peers into a mall entrance, which gave a slightly uncomfortable feeling of being watched. The cocktail selection was nice, mostly looked as it was catering to wine connoisseurs as I didn't see a beer list. I opted for their Bourbon & Berries cocktail which worked though in hindsight I should have gone for bourbon on the rocks. As for the food, I opted for the lamb, which was flavorful, though perhaps a tad more salty than I prefer. Overall, it was a delicious meal that satisfied my hunger. While I don't frequent Seasons 52 often, this experience has me considering another visit in the future.“

“First visit here. Seated promptly, server (Jesse) was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, knew his menu, made great recommendations and made the entire experience memorable. Excellent cocktail menu, so many choices on the food menu and also had a nice selection of nightly specials. Food was prepared perfectly and was excellent. Cajun Blue Filet, Braised Short Ribs and a short rib pasta at our table and all were outstanding. Even had a member of the clean plate club who never has been a member before! We will be back!“

“The food was very, very good. both my wife and I were pleased. The service was attentive and at times excellent, but there were a few misses in terms of offering alternatives. At times the servers seemed rushed. This is nit-picking but service was just below outstanding.“

“First I would like to acknowledge our waiter, Joshua B. He was such a pleasure and so attentive and personable. The recommendations were great and his personality was an experience in itself. The manager was also amazing and my only regret was not getting his name. Now let’s get into the food…EVERYTHING, and I mean EVERYTHING prepared was delicious. The tuna tartare and lobster bites were my absolute favorite apps. The entrees were phenomenal. I have the surf and turf and my wife had the cowboy with the lobster and cherry pepper topping and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The atmosphere was lovely and the drinks ESPECIALLY THE POMEGRANATE SPRITZ and Pomegranate Sangria …AMAZING !“

“I was hosting a large internal dinner for my team of 43 people. A big dinner I know! I searched for a few places in princeton and stumbled upon elements. I made a reservation about a month in advance and communicated to their head of events about any changes that needed to be made. Upon arrival we were taken upstairs to one of their private areas. Our area had a front row view of the kitchen which I thought was super cool! Reminded me of Hell's Kitchen hahaha! We were seated and were immediately asked about drinks. Because we had a large group, everyone trickled in at different times. We honestly waited until about an hour to make orders. What I do wish happened during this time is that they'd pass the bread or some sort of sharable snack to eat. We then each ordered our 4 course meals ($89 each). Each course had a vegetarian/vegan option. I choose the Tuna Tartare to start, then the Rutabega, Kinpachi (fish), and I asked for fruit since I gave up sugar for lent. However, regardless of what you choose everyone started off with a sort of dumpling. Not sure what was in it, but it was delicious and a nice way to start us off on this food journey together. The food: 1. Tuna Tartare: This was delicious. Maybe my favorite thing in the menu. The staff recommended you eat it like a taco kinda, which I highly recommend! This had the right amount of flavors and kept me wanting more! Really started on a high note!! 2. Rutabaga: This was good. Kinda reminded me of a squash. Wasn't bad, but I kinda wish I got the squid. It's a little soupy, but delicious!! 3. Kanpachi: Now this was delicious! I wish it was a much bigger portion! I was so shocked how small it was. I was like this is it? For my entree? As I'm writing this i'm still hungry lol! But it was good, just not nearly enough! 4. Fruit: I gave up added sugar for lent, so I asked if there was anything else they could give me. They surprised me with fruit, which was delicious! You can't go wrong with fruit! Overall a really great find and a beautiful restaurant. Great service, but way too small of portions! Like give me a meal! I don't need to be stuffed, but I want to feel fed.“

“The energy, vibe, and service is unmatched. The bartenders (especially Henry) perform their jobs with passion and expertise. Along with charisma and personality. Every time I come to the bar I learn something new about a particular drink and where it originates or the historical relevance to the name or how it was made. The drinks are absolutely delicious and if you ask the bartenders to make you something custom based on your preferences then they will gladly do so. I highly recommended coming here for drinks at the bar or restaurant if you are by yourself, with friends, or on a date. The food is excellent and I have never been disappointed with anything that I have eaten after many visits to the bar for food and drinks.“

“Dined here early solo at the bar on a very rainy Wednesday night. I was in town for business and a friend had recommended I try Agricola. I had a very nice experience, different, I'm guessing, from most folks who dine here as I was the only person eating at the bar. The bar is in the front of the restaurant, is appealing, and with a metal top and about 15 seats. I had a glass of Albariño, the chopped salad appetizer and the mushroom ravioli. Everything was very good, arrived promptly, was beautifully presented, and met or exceeded all expectations. If I am back in Princeton, I would definitely return, hopefully in a group, to get the full Agricola dining experience.“

“Food is all decent if I haven't found a spectacular item yet. Shepherd's pie special today, could have used a little more seasoning and it was very dry at the bottom which I was not used to... Usually there's some juice there with the beef or lamb. Still was very good, as usual the bartenders are top-notch, food comes out piping hot (just the way the Flaming Carrot likes it), and Hightstown is a great little New Jersey town. If you're down from New York, you can throw rocks at the ducks in the lake out back.“
