“A friend introduced me to Venchi Chocolate and Gelato, located: Columbus Ave, and now it’s my go-to spot whenever I want a quick sweet treat. What started as a casual recommendation quickly turned into a staple.

The gelato is unbelievably smooth and flavorful. Every scoop tastes premium and perfectly balanced. My go-to flavor is pistachio, but the seasonal flavors are always worth trying, too. And the chocolate selection is next level. Beautifully made, decadent without being heavy, and clearly crafted with care.

The staff are warm, welcoming, and generous with samples, which makes choosing even harder in the best way. The shop itself is clean and stylish.

“The first time I tried them was at the Rockefeller center which I saw it on TikTok and wanted to see if it was worth the hype. I got the s’mores hot chocolate back in December 2024 and omg the best hot chocolate ever don’t go to any of the hot chocolate spots except this one because this was truly worth the hype. Now I went to go to their actual store (Sep 2025) they had a S’mores frozen hot chocolate which I got that, the customer service was amazing! The guy & girl were really nice. Now on to my drink which was the first time I had frozen hot chocolate and it was amazing!! I had an overall great experience and definitely will be coming back again. 🤎☕️ (I’m also picky when it comes to food & drinks so when I tell you it’s worth it! It’s definitely worth it!)“

“My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “Recently visited the city for a long weekend and stayed at the hotel next door. The gelato here was excellent. Loved being able to order on the tablets, which let us take time making choices (family of 5) and no worries about any orders being misunderstood. At other gelato/ice cream spots, trying different flavors is usually met with annoyance by the employees, but Linda was happy to recommend flavors to us and let us try them to make sure we made the right choice. I love that Amorino lets you put as many flavors as you want in your chosen size. I was absolutely amazed by the richness of the flavors and textures of the gelato. And the service from Linda and Blu truly made it an EXPERIENCE. Will be back!!! I also love the seating area in the back.“

Madagascar Vanilla was so rich and creamy, it deserves its own fan club.

But two flavors totally stole the show:
The Halva Nagila… insane. Creamy, nutty, just the right sweet sesame vibe.
And the Crème Brûlée, seriously wow. It tasted like dessert at a 5-star restaurant… only colder and better.
