Now its practically same staff bathroom remodeled and costs have increased but so as everuthing else same friendly and fulfilling breakfast no bells and whistles but simple good food“

“I liked the menu options a lot, a good variety of diner food w/ some French inspired dishes. Our waiter was funny and really nice lol. Place is kinda small, but we didn’t have to wait at all even though it’s a no res spot. They gave us a small ice cream and whipped cream dessert for new years 🥹 Overall, I had higher expectations for the food based on the price points so was a little disappointed

- French onion soup ($19): 7/10, I LOVE French onion soup, but the broth wasn’t as flavorful or onion-y as I would’ve liked. Was pretty excited about this but disappointed. It was filled to the brim, which is great in theory, but it was lowkey hard to start eating it without it spilling over
- Patty melt ($21): 8/20, pretty solid, but lowkey reminds me of the melt from Waffle House lol
- Fries: 7/10, standard
- Complimentary ice cream w/ whipped cream: 7/10, standard ice cream, but it was nice that it was free 🥹

The place is small but customers are wise to eat and allow others to enjoy breakfast and great burgers for lunch. CHEF'S KISS. I'm definitely going to start coming here more regularly. I love me a lil crispy crunchy moment and you get all of that and more with the smash browns. Cause they fry the smash browns with peppers. Then it's topped with tomatoes and green onions. Everything I've ever wanted in a bite! Seasonal depression? WHERE? “Had breakfast there twice. Once solo and the next time with my wife. Consecutive Tuesdays. Just there this morning, after the golf range at Chelsea Piers. It's a combination of Greek and Mexican specialties. I have sampled the eggs overeasy with corned beef and this time had three poached eggs with fresh tomato and feta, home fries and coffee. All wonderful. My wife had fried eggs with ham on top of grilled taco. She loved it. This is a top notch diner with excellent service.“

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious.
