“This is our 2nd time dining at Sea Bar II Grill, but this time I tried something I normally wouldn’t in NJ because until tonight I had not found a place that makes good fried seafood. I’m from Boston so I’m use to very good seafood that is cooked at a higher standard. Welp tonight I found my place! The Captain’s Sampler was slap your momma good! Quality seafood cooked to perfection! The live music was great and the service was great! To the owner, keep on being consistent, I’m excited and praying that your business continues to grow! “My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful evening at Embrace. We were greeted and seated immediately upon arrival. The food we ordered was very hot when we received it seasoned, very good and a large portion. The ambiance was nice with live entertainment. We enjoyed the evening and will return.“

“Food was great, hefty portions. Menus online was posted 10+ years ago by customers so they do not align with the menu today. They cannot take down what somebody else has posted so they get lots of backlash with pricing. Other than that, family owned, good people.“

“This place is very dangerous and way too close to home. I've been there three or four times already and I have to say everything I've gotten has been absolutely amazing. The crab cakes, the stuffed shrimp, the fried oysters, the potato salad the garlic mashed potatoes marinated mushrooms. A little bit pricey but worth every penny“

“My husband and I went here for dinner tonight. We got the Stake and Crab special with garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. Everything was delicious. The stakes were done perfect and my husband really liked the crab cake too!“

Carrot sauce was unexpectedly delicious, but didn’t love the lobster raviolis. Linguine and clams were very flavorful. Each clam was larger than a quarter but they were hard to chew. Everything else was great and partner had no complaints. They even gave us complimentary limoncello because it was our first time. I would rate them 4 1/2 stars but it’s not an option.“

About half way through I switched to the house dressing as the honey mustard was sweeter than I could handle. As it was Super Bowl Sunday, they were out of all soups except chicken veg, which was good also.“

“Got take out through GrubHub, 25 piece with biscuits and fries. This might now be our favorite store bought fried chicken. Crispy and crunchy for sure with a little spice to it, not too much. Honey butter biscuits are pretty good warm and the fries aren’t bad either, a little thicker cut and seasoned. Better still, you can get a lot of food for your money. In the mood for comfort food fried chicken? Give them a shot.“

The comments here are so mean and after reviewing some recent ones… well Covid have happened it doesn’t help that the country itself is filled with mostly ungrateful Americans. The food is still good, there has been some changes but I never had problems with this place. Probably because I am also respectful and you receive what you give I guess. The place can use some upgrades and upkeeping but before you hurt a business, ensure you reflect how you are treating workers. It is hard out here and businesses themselves are just trying to thrive and make it back from Covid years.
