“We were looking for a place to eat after a doctor's appointment. I searched Sewell, Washington twp. and found a few Italian restaurants. The first had bad reviews. The second was not open till 4 pm. The third was Pasta Pomodoro. It had great reviews. We decided to try it. Let me tell you, it was great. The eggplant actually tasted like eggplant. My husband had the veal parm. Real veal, and it was delicious. Plenty of leftovers because we couldn't eat it all. Very attentive waitress. Even got to talk with the owner. Great experience. We WILL be back.“
“I was introduced to Bobby Chez Crab Cakes over 20yrs ago, I haven't eaten anybody else's crab cake SINCE! The Diver Scallops, Seafood Salad, Lobster Mashed Potatoes and even the Chicken Parm, everything is GREAT! Money well spent.“
“This is our new go to restaurant for a night out. We used to go to Collingswood and dine at either Nunzio's or Il Fiore. It is awesome to have a place nearby that is BYO, great food, nice ambiance and reasonable prices. We have been very impressed each time we have eaten there in the past year and have shared this with our friends and family.“
“Excellent!! White mussels, hot sausage, dinner included salmon, pasta in a delicious and delicate white sauce, lamb, and a pasta in a rich red sauce! Consistently perfect! Don't miss Verona! order anything on the menu and you'll leave completely satisfied. We ended with cannoli and an angel layer cake made with milk and so light and perfect!“
“A Hidden Gem: Fantastic Food and Heartwarming AtmosphereDuring a recent road trip, my brother and I stumbled upon the Piston Diner, and what a delightful find it was! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with the comforting aroma of home-cooked meals. The food at Piston diner was simply outstanding, some of the best we've had in a long time. Each dish was bursting with flavor and made with obvious care and attention to detail. From classic diner staples to mouthwatering specialties, every bite was a taste of culinary perfection. Our server was exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our meal. Their warmth and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. It truly felt like dining among friends, thanks to the camaraderie and genuine hospitality present in the atmosphere. One aspect that stood out to us was the unmistakable sense of family at piston diner. From the way the staff interacted with each other to the comforting ambiance, it was evident that this establishment is more than just a place to eat - it's a community hub where patrons are treated like extended family.Furthermore, we were deeply touched by the diner's evident respect and appreciation for the military. It's heartening to see a business that honors those who serve our country, and it speaks volumes about the values upheld at Piston diner. If we lived in the area, Piston diner would undoubtedly become a regular haunt for our family. It's the kind of place where you feel at home from the moment you walk in, and where the combination of delicious food and heartfelt hospitality keeps you coming back for more.In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Piston diner to anyone passing through or residing in the area. Whether you're craving a hearty meal, a friendly atmosphere, or simply a sense of belonging, this diner exceeds expectations on all fronts.Cheers to Piston diner for an unforgettable dining experience - we'll definitely be back! Side note: there was one employee that was working the front who was an older gentleman that was pretty crabby with the employees for the duration of the time I was there and seemed to effect work place morale negatively.“
“Love Kitchen 519. Haven’t been in a while! Even better than before. Can’t list all the food a lot were specials and desert was awesome. Waiter was great Ryan and atmosphere too. Ran into some relatives coming in didn’t know they came there too! Best restaurant in our area!! “
“I got a dozen freshly steamed top neck clams platter with corn, broccoli, and potatoes. Prob used a whole stick of butter, but it is delicious and properly cooked. Total $18. Small bar-table with 4 chairs in a line at the front window with louder pop music playing. Nice plants.“
“The smell of old bay/chesepeake seasoning can be smelled from all the way outside, it’s a little hidden gem in Paulsboro I highly suggest for the best quality seafood in South Jersey. The seafoods fresh, and can be picked up to cook at home or they also do lunch and dinner platters… I just bought my guys at work lunch and everyone was blown away! I highly suggest the hog shrimp!“
“This was our second time at Max's Seafood and we really enjoyed our food both times. Delicious Oysters. The Chilean Sea Bass was so yummy the first time, I got it again. It did not disappoint! We tried dessert this time and the Creme Brulee and Key Lime Pie hit the spot. The Key Lime Pie had pistachios in the graham cracker crust. A very nice surprise ?? Also, you can order a bottle of wine here and it will not break the bank. Check it out! I highly recommend it.“
“Just like Nona’s kitchen. The Scipelle soup is incredibly delicious. Perfect. This menu item, which is a very rare find, is a cherished dish here and Fiene’s rendition is the definitive preparation. I’ve been coming here for years to reconnect with my family roots through this soup and the recipe has not changed. You will not find better. Period.A major hit menu item was the Zuppa Inglese. This is not an Italian specialty dessert many may recognize. I’ve NEVER seen this on a menu before and I’m so glad I spotted it on the Holiday menu. Zuppa Inglese is an Italian Trifle dessert, similar in assembly to Tiramisu (which is also a menu star here). I hadn’t had this dish since the family holiday dinners of my youth. Curious how this found its way onto the menu I was informed that a matriarchal family member made this to order in advance at a the request of a good customer. Time consuming to prepare several of these were made and I was the beneficiary of a most wonderful accommodation. The folks at Fiene’s are family. They are “family” to the restaurant and to their guests as everyone here takes an ownership attitude. You will eat well. You will be treated well, like valued family members.I cannot say enough about the satisfaction of a Fiene’s experience.“
“My guy brought me to this restaurant and he was so excited for me to experience it. First of all the decor is stunningly gorgeous. You can see the view of the river as soon as you enter the restaurant. The bar is gorgeous and the customer service is amazing! We chose outside seating and honestly I spent a lot of time taking photos of the river. We ordered a dozen oysters which were excellent and the charcuterie board. I am looking forward to going back as soon as we have another gorgeous spring day!“
“If your looking for fresh, no filler crab cakes and soke of the most delicious seafood egg rolls. This is your place. They are so welcoming and have a most delicious variety of seafood to pick from. I suggest the the lobster ravioli cooked in the lobster bisque. I frequent here and you should too. Your missing out on a gem.“
“I frequent this restaurant. I've never had a complaint with customer service. I don't think they go above and beyond what their customer service but it's fine. The food is usually pretty good but I don't think the flavor is consistent. It doesn't always taste the same but one thing I really do like that it's BYOB and it's right next-door to liquor store so while you're waiting for your food to come out you can run next-door and grab a bottle of wine or tequila. The ambience is pretty standard for seafood restaurant but I usually really enjoy the music.“
“This is a delicious Caribbean restaurant. I got the fried fish sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. The sides were my favorite and everything we ate was perfectly and subtlety flavored. The collard greens were among the best I ever ate anywhere in my life, the sweet yams as well. The macaroni and cheese was delicious. My husband ordered gulf shrimp which was perfectly cooked and seasoned to order. The service is warm, kind, and hospitable.. We ate outside as it was a beautiful, sunny Saturday. My husband another time ordered the shrimp and grits which he felt was very good. The chefs and owners opened this lovely restaurant and labor of love during the pandemic and so grateful that they kept it going! I definitely highly recommend all of the dishes we ate!! It was superbly prepared food!“
“We’ve been coming restaurant for 40+ years and never had bad dinners. We usually go one closer us in Egg Harbor Twp but we were area of williamstown decided make reservations and so happy we actually enjoyed it better one by us. Salad bar always fresh and delicious and meal steaks were cooked perfectly and waitresses was awesome“
“They have really fresh multi size and price blue crabs. Along with all thy other seafood items raw or cooked. “Jodi” the service is tough but to know her is to love her, she’s been there through COVID. So she’s always great and very detailed with the orders whether it’s a phone order or dine-in. They also sell out fast. So make sure you call in or go early in the day. APlus for me always ?Parking: They have an on-site parking lot that's attached to the restaurant. With about 8-10 spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis. (free of charge) Difficulty only when their business. Most people place orders to go. So I never had a problem parking.Kid-friendliness: They have seating away from the bar…. booths and four top tables.Wheelchair accessibility: The Entire restaurant is on one level, including the restrooms with a wheelchair assessable stale.“
“5 stars isn't enough for this incredible Italian gem! Amici, you've stolen my heart (and taste buds) with your authentic, mouth-watering dishes. From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and inviting decor transported me to the Tuscan countryside. The service was top-notch, attentive, and knowledgeable - our server guided us through the menu like a pro!But the real magic happened on the plate. Each bite was a masterclass in flavor and technique. The pasta was al dente perfection, the sauces rich and richly flavored.Amici, you're more than just a restaurant - you're an experience. I can't wait to come back and taste my way through the rest of your menu. Bravo, Amici, bravo!“
“Came in tonight per my 4 year old daughter's decision due to the 'fishies'. Was our first visit and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our server was George, he was personable, kept our table clear, and overall was such a delight! He had great recommendations including the crab and shrimp dip. He even had our take home glass rinsed out for us to take home! This restaurant has a keeper. If you stop in I recommend George!!“
“I've eaten here several times. The portions are filling for the price. I got the rice and pigeon peas and fried pork from their steam table. My coworker got the same plus an empanada and fried plantains. Those were cooked after order and tasted delicious!“
“We went for drinks and snacks. I got an AMAZING Lemon Dream Martini and my hubs got a Manhattan Mule. Both very tasty. For food, we got a cheese plate (such good cheeses!) And an app combo that had lobster *stuffed* ravioli (they were fat ravilois!), eggplant stuffed with ricotta and spinach, and shrimp wrapped in pancetta. We were full. Service was excellent.Parking: Free valet!“
“Our server Jess was very attentive during our meal. From start to finish the food was delicious. Just need the chicken to not be seasoned heavy with salt and the floors were slipperyParking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking in the front entrance“
“Fresh or frozen, it's all here! The freshest cuts of restaurant quality fish all cut and trimmed right there on the premises. Lot of prepackaged options, including Fruits De Mer brand seafood and homemade fishcakes and crabcakes just like you enjoyed from the old Ippolito's shop in South Philly.“
“The food is usually great every time I order but recently the service had declined. I was told a 20 min wait once I returned I was told another 10 or more because they are busy in the kitchen. If you want good fresh seafood cooked this is a good spot. Customer service is another issue.“
“My husband and I wanted to have a small dinner with our family for our wedding. We went to Kunkles and WOW! Carol blew it out of the park…. She took our idea from a small dinner to a beautiful wedding. We had our ceremony there and the most beautiful wedding I could have ever dreamed of. From the moment I met Carol I felt like my mom was planning my wedding for me. She was so sweet and kind. She treated me like her own daughter. Never once did she make me feel like an inconvenience, she worked with me every step of the way. Denese, Jenny, Ree and the rest of the Kunkle’s staff…. I can not thank you enough for everything you did to make our day so amazing. I did not have a wedding party but these girls made my feel like they were my best friends and bridesmaids by giving me suggestions, setting up the restaurant, replenishing my drink, and making sure everything was on time and PERFECT. Everyone who attended the wedding was talking about how lovely the staff was and the FOOD!!!! Oh my goodness the food!!! It was out of this world. Words can not express the gratitude I have for the people who work at kunkles. They made my day so memorable…. I can not thank you enough for everything you did for us.“
“Beat the stadium food. Stadium Grill by Oogie's is the best hole in the wall for people planning to see a game. Why pay $20 for a mediocre burger when you can pay half that for some delicious, greasy perfection. I came in to Stadium Grill before a recent hockey game with some friends for brunch. Sporting sandwiches, pizzas, BREAKFAST pizzas, and more, we split a sausage Boli platter. Bolis are Stadium Grill's specialty; an edible cup made from pizza dough, filled with egg, cheese, and meat, topped with Everything Bagel seasoning and served with a side of ketchup or spicy ketchup (the spicy ketchup is simply hot sauce mixed in with their ketchup). While I'd prefer to eat Boli's with marinara, the Boli's themselves are amazing. One platter comes with enough Boli's to feed 4 hungry dudes and each Boli is densely packed with protein. The seasoning adds much needed salt and packs so much flavor. It's a must get for groups. Stadium might not be fancy, but it's a fast, affordable, and delicious way to prep before watching a game.“
“Cap'N Cats was a Favorite of our family, especially my Dad and mines, when I was a kid in the 70s. I hadn't been there in years. So, on My Dad's birthday I brought my Mom there for Clams on the Half shell, and a Fried Oyster platter. The platters were large in portion. So much so, we had platters for the next day. }“
“Hidden gem! Have lived in oak valley for over two years and finally decided to give pizza City a shot. I'm upset I didn't do it sooner. This is GREAT authentic Italian pizza, goes toe to toe with the other local greats. This will be my new go-to pizza place.Unfortunate location, but if they've stayed in business all these years they're clearly doing something right.“
“The menu was very limited, not what's on their website. We got our food to go, mozzarella sticks and fried shrimp with fries. Everything was good, service was quick, staff were friendly. Mostly fried bar foods, only vegetarian options was fries and mozzarella sticks.“
“I went to E. Frank Hopkins to get seafood for the first time and they were very pleasant and helpful.Thank you "South Philly Billy" for your kindness, that goes a long way especially in the times we're living in!!! God Bless you!????“
“The father that owns it was so nice and friendly. The younger boy wasn't to cheery didn't seem like he really didn't want to be there, but he wasn't rude. The crab cluster with the house sauce was so good. The house sauce was amazing I used the juice for another meal it was amazing.“
“Bonefish Grill offers an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is inviting and upscale, setting the stage for a memorable meal. The standout dish that you absolutely must try is their Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer—it's simply divine. The perfect balance of crispy texture and creamy sauce makes it an absolute delight for the taste buds. Beyond this standout dish, the entire menu offers a variety of seafood and steak options that are expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. With attentive service and a welcoming ambiance, Bonefish Grill consistently delivers an outstanding dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.“
“Most recent favorite Chinese Restaurant. Luv their food. Favorites are the veggie spring rolls and hot and sour soup. Delicious. Wasn’t crazy about the scallion pancake tho. I’ve had numerous veggie dishes including egg foo young and so far all are good! Staff is very friendly and always greets you with a smile!Vegetarian options: Luv them“
