“My husband and I chose Blawenburg Bistro as our caterer for our wedding in July 2026, and we couldn’t have made a better choice!

We worked with Jenn throughout the entire process, and she was nothing short of amazing. She made everything feel so smooth and stress-free, and her attention to detail was incredible. She was also incredibly accommodating to our guests with food allergies, making sure everyone had delicious options and felt included and cared for.

And the food… INCREDIBLE! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests truly felt spoiled, and we received so many compliments about the food. Everyone left happy, satisfied, and with very full stomachs!

We are so grateful to Jenn and the entire Blawenburg Bistro team for helping make our wedding day so special. I highly recommend Blawenburg Bistro for any catering needs!

“It is a small Indian restaurant. I and my friend had lunch there. I had chole bhature and my friend had plain dosa. Chole Bhature was very good. Dosa and sambar were good but chutney wasn't great. We were served food on paper plates and plastic utensils (chole came in steel bowl). Overall it was a very good experience.“

“If you want the best ice cream in all of New Jersey, this is the place. I'm not a fan of hard ice cream (I'm weird, I know), but Melba has changed my mind. New flavors every week, friendly staff, and you can try the overwhelming number of flavors before you buy.

The parking is rough during the summer, but the location is beautiful if you sit outside. I'd park and walk a mile for this ice cream, though. They close during the winter months, leaving you longing for their ice cream for a third of the year. Get there now!“

“The most flavorful hard ice cream! The Dark Chocolate Raspberry Truffle? ::chef's kiss:: We mixed it with the cappuccino (great coffee flavor!) and my non-sweet-eating husband ate his half. The kids had a handful of very colorful chocolate dipped waffle cones to choose from and enjoyed their delicious colorbomb on the bench outside. The scallion and cheddar scone is really delicious and I liked the spiced apple danish too. Their mocha, hot drinks and brunch items give you lots of tasty options to choose from.“
