“Run don’t walk to this Ramen spot. As a POC, they are so nice to me when I come in. I believe they have a daughter who’s usually at the register and the mom assists.
They actually give you meat! They aren’t stingy!
I ordered the beef ramen today, ordered the Tonkostu like 8 times before and they just opened a points reward system.
10/10 recommend!“

“This was our first time trying Ramen so we have nothing else to compare it too. We saw this place had great reviews, and we both love soup so we gave it a try. I had the vegetable ramen and my husband had the beef ramen. We both thought our ramen soups were very good! Next time I’d like to try one of their Thai soups. Our waitress was nice, but she didn’t speak English well so it was hard for her to explain their various soups they had. We would definitely come again. I recommend Ji Bei Chuan in Edison!“

The ramen is absolutely delicious (especially on a cold day) and the couple/family pricing is unbeatable.
Aaron is usually our server and he makes the dining experience 10x better.

“Absolutely delicious and authentic Sichuan food! Every dish was packed with bold flavors, the perfect balance of spice, numbing peppercorn, and freshness. The hotpot-style beef with glass noodles was amazing, and the stir-fried dishes had that true Sichuan kick. “Have been there so many times with friends, families and my kids. My kids love the traditional Taiwanese noodles, and I love their Japanese rolls. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff add to the overall dining experience, making it our favorite go-to restaurent! Love this place.“

“Was in the area and tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. Price was good and the portion size was very good! Flavorful and really tasty pork dumplings in broth. I appreciated the bok choy in the broth. If I’m in the area again, I would like to try other items on the menu.“

I've come here abt 20*** times so far and I've never had a bad food experience. I've had sushi from a lot of other AYCE, all you can eat, sushi places and I think this one is the best in terms of quality and variety. It's about $30 per person.
The fish here tastes fresh and NOT watered down like other places I've been to. The miso soup is good here too, it doesn't taste artificial and sweet like other places.
The special rolls are a little questionable, there are a lot of special rolls that aren't my type and extremely filling but I like the sashimi and regular rolls. The salmon is good here, so I always get salmon sashimi and Alaska rolls.
They also have other foods available in their AYCE like shumai, sesame chicken, lo mein, and calamari, takoyaki, etc. Most of their non-sushi items are good too. I have some friends who don't like seafood but they still get the ayce.
ONE THING TO NOTE, if you come here with a party of 5 or more, you will be charged a 15% service fee.“

“This is THEE spot. I’ve been coming here since I started to high school and they are my shining beacon of hope and love. If Noodles Plus has 1,000 fans I am one of them, if they have 100 fans I am one of them, and if Noodles Plus has no fans, I must be dead.“

“I very much enjoy this place!! Food is very good, quality doesn't waver. My favorite are the spicy yaki salmon roll (I get mine gluten free.) I absolutely love how staff always gives something on the house with my order. One time I got a mochi and usually I get a yummy salad. I have also tried the bubble tea from here, it's not my favorite but I would definitely say it's one of the best in the area. I definitely recommend this place!“
