The food is exactly what you'd want it to be; we had a breakfast burrito and avocado toast with poached eggs which we perfectly cooked. Free refills on the coffee was brilliant too. We were there about 8:45 and were seated straight away, order was taken promptly and the food arrived without any real wait. Definitely recommend.“

Our server Brandi M. belted out a wicked version of The wizard and I! I ordered the BLT with avocado and waffle fries and my friend ordered the chicken and waffles. Both were delicious.“

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“I pass this restaurant most mornings going to work. Today since was early for work I went in to get breakfast (take out). Debra automatically spotted me in the crowded restaurant I let her know I wanted to Take my food to go. She got me a menu, came back took my order. Food didn’t take long. Whoever the lady was that took my payment was rude put my card on the counter with the slip for me to sign. She should have handed me my card. Debra made sure that I was aware my card was on the counter. She said put your card don’t forget about it. I would definitely go back for Debra’s world class service.“

“Really enjoyed this place. There were only about four other people when I arrived around 5:20 p.m. The bartender/waitress let me sit where I wanted and she brought me a perfect margarita. “Great breakfast. Plenty of options. I had corned beef hash and mu wife had chicken and waffles. Both were excellent. Bus of 43 came in right after we sat down and the staff handled it beautifully. Lots of famous photos on the wall..may have to see if they will hang mine up there...after all...they had a photo with a youtube dog on it.

They also have great chicken noodle soup that cant be bought anywhere else. If you are ever around tiffany and east bay make sure to stop at Oasis Coffee Shop. Just down the block is a nice park where you can take your food and watch the manhattan skyline from across the water. Oasis also delivers if you need food at the park. Free delivery! Also try their home made lemonade!!! Idk what else to shout out cause all they food is good. They also make chicken tacos and amazing qusadillas. If I have to come to the bronx, I have to come here because their breakfast will fill me up to the point I can skip lunch??French toast breakfast, with tostones, queso frito, scrambled eggs & homes fries is my go to.
