I ordered the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca, and it was perfect — the boba was fresh, and you can tell they really care about quality here. The staff was patient and happy to explain the different options and give recommendations. I always stop by whenever I can to enjoy this delicious treat. I definitely recommend trying it!

“I’ve lived in this area for years and never walked into this place until today. My experience was great.

The place was clean yet small and welcoming. Had 3 onigiri: teriyaki chicken, KF Classic, and Kani. My favorite was the teriyaki chicken, second favorite was the classic. I also tried the sausage which was sweet and crispy. I washed everything down with Oolong tea.

Overall it was a good first experience. The next time I return I’ll take photos. I was too hungry to take 😭🤣.“

“Solid spot for bubble tea in the city near Columbia's campus. On this day, I ordered a frozen matcha drink. Quick and friendly service. Drink was good and satisfied a craving but certainly wasn't the best matcha drink I've had.

“I loved it. I came in here yesterday after my graduation because I didn’t have a reservation at the restaurant I was planning to go to. And this spot made me glad I didn’t have that reservation. THAI ICED TEA: this one is good too! Thai experience! EARL GREY with 3 J’s: this is one of my fave because it has 3 jellies on it! DIRTY BROWN SUGAR: one of the newest flavors! “Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends! My absolute favorite was the watermelon coconut bubble tea, and I am already wanting to go back for another one. It is also really convenient to visit because there is street parking out front and a municipal lot right in the back. It was definitely worth the drive!“

It’s been a tough few months for her and i wanted to make sure she gets her wish. So yesterday morning I called kudos. Asked when they will close for the day. They said 10pm. We scheduled all our plans in such a way that at 9pm we go and get the much anticipated bubble tea. At 9 my husband, son and daughter headed out to kudos… only to find that they have closed at 7 for a private event. This is my back story. On the other side of the story… which probably has its own back story… Cherie the owner had shut the bakery as her daughter wanted to celebrate with her friends and family. As a mother myself I can totally understand that. When she saw my family she informed them that they are closed. But when she heard we had called in morning and saw my daughters dejected face… she opened her doors. Made a quick bubble tea and even gave some extra cookies as a New Years treat. My kids came back so happy saying “mommy it was a holiday miracle!” Thank you Kudo Society Cafe. For providing us one last 2022 miracle. Thank you Cherie for understanding.
