“This Gong Cha is located in a plaza at New Milford. They have a kiosk to order or you can order it with the staff.

Standard menu for drinks. They now have egg waffles (bubble waffle). I had brown sugar bubble tea and chocolate egg waffle. Vey good. Warm and fluffy waffle. Chocolate smells good. the drink was good as always.

There are some board games for passing time. 2-3 tall tables. Nice and clean. Bathroom is 4/5. It’s clean enough.

Overall a great spot for afternoon tea and pick-me-up snacks.“

“Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends! “This is a nice GC store with space available for dine-in. The looks clean and cozy. They have several board games available too for guests to play while waiting or handing out in the store. They also have a small merchandise shelf that has unique GC products.

The menu had all of the popular drinks. We ordered the strawberry milk tea with bubbles and black tea through the kiosk. The drinks were ready in couple of minutes. Both drinks were really tasty. Bobas were soft and chewy too.

There was only one associate at the store but he was managing all the orders efficiently. Did a wonderful job with the strawberry milk tea. I have never seen anyone put the strawberry syrup so nicely all around the cup. It looked so nice and I had shake it so many to mix it with the milk.“

“I really like this place, and the one-star reduction is definitely not related to the business or the staff. However, at times the inside becomes quite noisy. During my recent visits, there has been a group of people talking and laughing very loudly, and children running and screaming, which makes it hard to enjoy the space.

I kindly ask the owner to consider taking some measures regarding this, as many people come here to enjoy a quiet coffee, work on their laptops, or simply relax. Unfortunately, because of the noise, I often feel the need to leave early.“

“Have been a customer of this Gong Cha ever since they opened many years back. Small booth type store for take out only. Employees do an incredible job of preparing ingredients, taking orders and serving drinks, all within the small tiny square box.

Over the years I have had many kinds of drinks from here that includes strawberry milk tea, honey green tea, mango green, Thai milk tea, with boba/jelly most times. Boba and coconut jelly have always been constantly good. They allow adjusting sugar and ice levels.

After they introduced the rewards, we have been getting $5 towards drink for spending $50. Today we got an offer to get $5 off for a second drink, so we got both for less than $8.“

The dish Japchae ( sweet potatoe glass noodle) was a great dish that I always ordered with grilled chicken. It was very tasty with it's own vegetables in the mix. The grilled chicken was always fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, I ordered this same dish and it only has a few slices of red pepper , a few greens. It tasted mostly like a Sriracha noodle. The chicken is not the same. It tasted strange. For one, it isn't the same white meat grilled chicken and even if it's dark meat, the issue was the taste. I'm truly dissatisfied. Please don't change the original dishes that made us fall in love with your establishment. Looking forward to your progress. Namaste 🌻“

Location: it is located inside Baychester Mall. It is kinda tricky to find. It is on the second floor and almost at the end near JC Penney entrance. There is no seating inside.

Service: I just ordered and go, no interaction.

Food: I went here twice and I ordered Tiger Pearl Milk Tea. First time I ordered it with regular sugar and I felt like it was too sweet so the next time I went I ask for 50% sugar and it was amazing! The boba is soft and chewy, they cooked it perfectly!

I had the sparkling pineapple ade and it was crafted with a pretty sprig of rosemary and a an orchid. The kids loved the boba tea - they made the coffee on with decaf for us.“

“Above all this new owner created a new atmosphere that seems very charming and comfortable. For my time here I received chocolate chip pancakes(a stack of four) w/ 2 hash browns and they were very tasty and filling. The chocolate pancakes weren’t too sweet but very carb heavy. I got a crazy potato with a cheese stick. It wasn’t dry nor too moist, the softest part was definitely the inside with the cheese. I also got a sunshine slush and a mango slush. The sunshine was a mango and strawberry mix with the same flavored bubbles and some small jelly cubes that were a happy surprise. The mango slush is much more recommended since it wasn’t too sweet and would relate more towards a frozen agua Fresca so very refreshing and light.
