“Happened by this place while exploring SOHO. The service was great, we moved from the bar to a table to get a little more comfortable and the staff were really accommodating of that. We ordered the cheeseburger and a French Dip and a side fries. Both were amazing. The cheese was pouring off the burger in the most delicious way. The roast beef and baguette for the French Dip were exceptional quality and flavor. The fries were seasoned with garlic oil. Both dishes came with absolutely delicious pickle chips. We would definitely go back the next time we're in the area.“

I usually come during lunchtime and have always had a great experience but I went in tonight for dinner for the first time, it was the most unnecessarily rude service I've ever experienced in my life/20 years in hospitality. The crazy part to me tho is the prices haven’t changed since, with the bill for me and my friends always being around 30$! The food is big portions, delicious, and the service is top tier. While most other diners have gone down hill, changed over the years for the worse, every time I walk into Golden Grill it’s like I’m teleported back to 2002 and it’s just the best weekend breakfast spot ever. Don’t let the lack of modernization turn you off that’s exactly why you should come. You’re not gonna see any TikTok’s or instagram ads of this place you just have to know. Unfortunately the jerk chicken fell short for me. It was very dry. I also ordered a margarita that was quite sour and unbalanced.

“When wandering around looking for a lunch spot we found this place! We watched a local elderly couple walk in and that was a good sign. Service here is attentive and friendly. The vibe here is casual and old school. Nice interior. I just had an iced tea so my family ate. The food s straight ahead, nothing fancy but has all the staples. My family got some amazing salads, Cobb salad and Chicken Cesar salad! Come here for a yummy meal. Very local vibe!“
