“We dined at Robert’s for the first time. We were celebrating a relative’s birthday. The food was outrageous! The appetizers were amazing as were all of the entrees. I had chicken stuffed with mushrooms and I can honestly say that it was the best chicken I have ever eaten. The portions were plentiful. We had a large selection of desserts to choose from at the end of the meal. I chose one particular dessert but before mine came out, I asked if I could exchange it for one that someone in our party had in front of her. No problem. They accommodated me and it was beyond delicious. Also, the staff was very attentive during our whole meal. They could not have been any better. The only negative was the fact that there was also another birthday celebration going on at the same time and it was so noisy that we couldn’t hear each other talk. Despite that, I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this fabulous restaurant.“

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. Can’t wait to go back and eat there again.“

“Went to yard house tonight . Great place but no atmosphere for the holidays . Every Restaurant you go to is decorated & fun .It's no joy , fun, why would you stop decorating your place . “Had a wonderful anniversary dinner. Food was excellent and the live music was great. They just so happened to play our wedding song which was perfect. My husband and I had the tuna tartar and scallops as an appetizer. The scallops were over this creamy sweet corn chowder with corn salsa and croutons - it was amazing and the best scallops I’ve ever had! Tuna tartar was delicious too. My husband had the pork chops with this mustard crust and eggplant sauce and I had veal milenase with an arugula salad on top. Both were really delicious meals. The veal was huge and definitely could have split that. Even though we were so full, we still managed to get the yummy Pineapple cake and hazelnut chocolate mousse for dessert.“

“One the best if not the best restaurant in Bergen County. The cauliflower appetizer is outstanding. I had the sole veronique. Perfectly cooked and incredible. My wife had the chicken Milanese and the chicken moist, not greasy in the least . Definitely recommend it.“

My husband and I stumbled across this small grill diner hidden in the cut — and what a find! We stopped in for brunch and everything was spot on. He had the shrimp and grits, and I went with the meat lovers with egg whites. Both dishes were so good — seasoned just right and cooked perfectly. The food was delicious and the service was just as excellent. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot with quality food. 👌🏼“

“A big, delicious mess. That is what I expect when I order BBQ style items off a menu and that's what I received! I stopped by for lunch and ordered the BBQ Beef Brisket sandwich. It was much larger than I expected and I did my best to finish it but did not fully succeed. The meat was overflowing and the sauce got everywhere.

The sides were decent. I loved the slaw but the fries could have used a little salt.

I am in town for a few more days and will definitely be back to try the ribs and some happy hour specials.“

There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. “The food was amazing and portions were just right. I shared the mixed greens salad and the kitchen was nice enough to split that for us. The greens were fresh, the strawberries were sweet and delicious, the pecan and goat cheese and the dressing make for sure a wonderful salad. My husband had the Day Scallops that were perfectly prepared, my mother and sister each ordered the Pork riblets the meat was perfectly cooked and flew off the bones with ease. I had the Ahi-Tuna which was delicious. The service was very attentive and very professional.“
