We were driving through main street during this epic heat wave and spotted Scoops so we swung in for a cool treat! The staff was friendly and welcoming, they had great choices and prices. My 4yo wanted to try lots of flavors and they were super accommodating. The owner Natalie even came out to say hello to my daughter, and my daughter even gave her a hug lol. The soft serve here was exactly how we like, we have stopped at the other place in town and the soft serve was overly creamy. A few places have weird soft serve but this is great. Also our total was much more there than at scoop house!! We have found a new place to stop in when we pass through!

Dietary restrictions: they have gluten free and vegan options!

“I came here because I love the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream brand that you buy at the store so I decided to come here they have a wide variety of flavors and I got the strawberry since that’s my favorite Haagen Dazs flavor the ice cream tasted good but it was really hard and did not taste as good as the pint it was still really good but it’s expensive so I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here“

“I’ve got to say, the best FroYo place around. They have so many flavor options, and so many toppings. Their boba is pretty good. It’s your average boba. I have never tried one of their smoothies, or rolled ice cream. It’s such a popular place with the kids, and it’s also walking distance from the green! I highly recommend.“

“They did amazing for the custom cakes I ordered for my son’s baptism. We did one with a cross and one with his picture. “I have not physically been to their store, but have watched their TikToks and live stream.( J did an absolutely stunning job with the cakes she was making today. She did happy birthday cakes, to streamers, to a gory unicorn cake that represented a Halloween theme. She is very fast handed and very detail oriented when it comes to making those cakes come to life! She also went over how she makes roses on cakes as well which as her least favorite part, was my favorite part. It was pretty fascinating and captivating learning more about the art of cakes! We also were able to see her role from cake making, to her customer service abilities. In my opinion she was pretty kickass! She is very spunky and very funny. Mike has cultivated a very positive workplace where they have fun with the job, which is what it should be about. My strongest advise is don’t knock it till you try it for yourself! “This is not a luxury store, but it has top customer service quality and reasonable prices. We felt very welcomed when first step in the store, staffs patiently awaiting for us to settle down and get familiar with menu, answer questions with smile. It has a lot of options to choose from, flavors, sizes, standardized or bespoke etc.“

“Every friday my son, husband and I go for burgers to this location. The staff members are all very friendly and welcoming. Patrick is always asking if he can get us anything else, also cleaning the tables right away, everyone is always smiling. The long beard guy is always making sure everyone is being served.
