“Thanks for the yelp elite invite. In little part of town is a hidden gem. Must have past it numerous times. What a great experience! It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “My only complaint is that the lone worker today, when I was paying with a credit card (without tap) took my card and tried to use tap. Before she took my card I was going to put it into the card processor. When I pointed out that it doesn’t have tap, she (2x’s) typed my card information into the register screen and it was declined (plenty of credit was available because I got gas with it shortly after). I then used my debit card which she just took from me and again tried to use tap (again not a feature on that card either). She was finally able to put my card information for the debit card and it went through. If she had let me put my card in in the first place there would have been no problem with the original transaction attempt. I feel some of the staff might need better/more training on using the register.“

I got the Low Fat Triple chocolate yogurt because I got to watch my figure and it was so good, it had me hitting my happy dance like that tiktoker John Loves Food in the middle of the whole store. Thing was so good it was practically orgasmic, Atmosphere? Great! Service? Great! The managers at this establishment were so good I wanted to hire them for my place. “I stopped by after reading the reviews for the places' sweet treats. I wasn't feeling like having anything sweet, I ordered an iced americano with honey. Although I was skeptical that would be a good combination, it was refreshing on a hot day. The americano has a nice fruity and chocolaty flavor that the honey enhanced with a pleasant light sweetness. The cups they used are also a fun change of pace with yellow lids. The baristas were pleasant with friendly and quick service; they even offered me a soft serve sample with mango and vanilla flavors. If you need something light refreshing on a summer day, you'll be treated by the honey-infused selections.

If I were to come back here, I would try their Yemeni coffee selections and items that more prominently have Yemeni honey. Both items are staples in Yemeni cuisine, so please try it out here.“

“Malibu with cherry Italian Ice. May I saw the service is above & Beyond. Fast and very respected. Makes the customer feel good and its a guarantee of coming back with the entire family and share with others. Lots of different choices and there are little tables to eat outside the ice cream shop. I will say a family in front of me: the mama dropped her ice cream by mistake while carrying the others for her children and they literally gave her a brand new one with no charge! Other places they will charge 😆 but not Ralph's so go check them out this summer you wont regret it. 😉“

Matcha Cafe Maiko has indoor seating, though the limited seats may be filled during peak hours. The prices are a little high as well, but I enjoy the ice cream enough to keep coming back.“

“Awesome place! Went here for a scoop with a couple coworkers after a hard day at work. I really appreciated their prices, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better deal. The kiddie scoop was three bucks, whether you got hard scoop or soft serve. I got coffee hard scoop. Most places have a surcharge for hard scoop, but this place doesn’t. I appreciate that kind of honest pricing. There are tables to sit at that are shaded and service was good. Coworker got their version of a blizzard and said it was really good. This place keeps it simple and does ice cream well.“

“The most amazing experience ever. Can’t say enough. Both Mary and Philip are the sweetest and were absolutely a pleasure to work with. I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t charge me a single cent. I got the same order for the following week and they did an absolutely amazing job. The BEST CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES EVER!!!! I highly recommend them and they have loyal customer for life ❤️❤️“

“My four year old was adamant that he wanted a rocket ship ice cream cake for his birthday. I called a 11 ice cream cake shops in the area only to be told that it was impossible without the right mold. One place even asked me to order a mold for them and they would see if they could make the cake but wanted to charge double for the effort. I randomly found this Carvel in Hackensack and after explaining what I wanted, one of the staff members brainstormed ways to make the cake come to life. I sent them a picture and out came the best rocket ship ice cream cake that anyone had ever eaten! The cake looked beautiful, tasted delicious and most importantly, my child was super happy. I will always place cake orders with you guys!“

“We get all our birthday cakes here for years now. They have hard and soft serve. Also not just Vanilla or chocolate soft serve either. Today they had pistachio and another flavor.

Custom cakes as well as the regulars like fudgy the whale ready to go. Also UFOs and dipped cones.
