“Celebrating 3 birthdays at Roots Ocean Prime with 8 people. Everyone loved their entrees (steaks ) which were cooked perfectly. Sides were tasty and enjoyed by everyone. Great wine list. Appreciated the wine recommendation by our server. Our server, Rachel, was excellent. The birthday desserts were the hit of the dinner! Thank you Roots Ocean Prime for making the birthday celebration extra special!“

“We had lunch here yesterday. This place is under new management and you can tell. The franchisee himself walks around and asks how everything is. We had a slight problem, but they fixed it AND MORE. The bar manager is super nice. They even made something they were out of, kind of. Best customer service experience I've ever had at a chain restaurant.“

“Ruth's Chris never disappoints. We went there and celebrated my husband's birthday. The appetizers were great; We shared the fried calamari, the goat cheese and spinach dip, and spicy shrimp. The wine list was nice and offered so many choices. My husband and son had the brown butter old fashioned which was an interesting spin on a classic. The steaks were all cooked to our liking. The overall experience was great, we just requested that we not be rushed. We asked the waiter to slow down a bit so we could take our time in between courses.“

“Dinner June of 2025, Excellent all around!! The Service!!! The food was perfect!!! Better than the service I had received at Morton's in AC. The booths could be spot cleaned and a couple of older tables replaced, but the people there were exceptional and attentive and on point.“
