“I’m writing this review because Nick and Grace are amazing. Nick listened to my food allergy concerns and changed his gloves immediately, to avoid cross contamination. He didn’t make me feel like I was annoying him. I truly appreciate that.
Grace takes a lot of pride in assembling the sandwiches to perfection. To add, the cashier was super sweet plus, knowledgeable. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore. Thank you guys for your service and patience.“

“Omg my toddler walked out so happy with her lollipop in hand. PrimoHoagies rocks just for that alone! We were satisfied with the food of course! I had whacked chicken, she had the meatballs and spouse had the turkey. We got a cookie and chips for treats. The staff was friendly and clearly attentive since he gave her that candy hearing she wanted one and not the cookie. We will be back.“

Had lunch there with my uncle he had a sandwich also. we both took a different sandwich to go, I took the chicken Italiano I'll have that for dinner tonight. “Amazing !! I grew up in North Wilmington, off of Philadelphia Pike, in Delaware & I believe the original Capriotti’s on Silverside road was right around the corner. My parents would order the best thing ever, the Bobby, almost every other weekend ! It is a must try ! Personally I like the cranberries on the side, to add when I eat it. A true taste of what I remember as home !!!!!“

“I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“

“The place is very neat and maintained well, the bagels are very tasty which i started eating everyday and they can make you in any way we want. I would say this is the best breakfast place for any indian who would like to have American breakfast.“

“My first time buying from here via phone. I purchased a hoagie tray for after a funeral service at a friend's house, at pretty much last minute. I had trouble finding the place too. My cell went crazy, and it froze. I couldn't pick up the food on time. To make matters worse each time they tried to reach me ,well my cell wouldn't allow me to answer the call either. Finally we connected and they were extremely understandable. Super helpful in providing directions to get there via phone. I was going in the opposite direction. “Man a lot of people on here complaining about a long wait, closing early, or simple mistakes. Guess what they make amazing food so they get slammed. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live.
