“My first ever Jersey Mike’s experience and it was the absolute best! Rebecca and Cam were beyond amazing. The hospitality and welcoming nature was some of the best in business. They were patient and made sure we ordered something to our liking. Because of their service, I can guarantee I’d visit again. Hats off to those two and the rest of the team for the excellent service !

“Omg my toddler walked out so happy with her lollipop in hand. PrimoHoagies rocks just for that alone! We were satisfied with the food of course! I had whacked chicken, she had the meatballs and spouse had the turkey. We got a cookie and chips for treats. The staff was friendly and clearly attentive since he gave her that candy hearing she wanted one and not the cookie. We will be back.“

“I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“

“Listen, I know this is just a Jersey Mike’s but it wasn’t to me. I take my subs very seriously! We were in town and needed a fast dinner, and I want to really shout out the crew around 5pm on Dec 21! They took my order over the phone because I wanted something specific, me and the lady were laughing while I placed my order! When I arrived, my order was ready so much faster than I thought and the two male employees were so kind!
To be real, it was the best sub I’ve had hands down. I can’t get any other Jersey Mikes in my area to make it like they did. I dream about this sandwich.

“I was hesitant at first, I live in the Philly area, home of the hoagie, who’s gonna do it better than a mom and pop deli? Well Jersey Mike does! Great fresh cut meats, awesome seeded roll. Check them out. What’s even better than their food, the friendly staff. These guys and girls have excellent customer service!! I come once a week now. I hated to give the 3 star for atmosphere because they are not trying to get your attention with the very, very casual atmosphere - they are getting your attention with the food! Where can you go/order for take-out that has a German/Bavarian section of the menu (I had the schnitzel sandwich and the gurkensalat and my lunch-mate had the pirrogens) a pizza section of the menu, American section (cheesesteak/burger) and a Mexican section? Talk about pleasing all the tastebuds in a family or an office! I think they are crafting a new kind of fusion! Did I mention the rather eclectic soda/water selection?“

Even though I just buy fries, you CANNOT help but notice that they’ve hired THEE BEST manager! I’ve been going there for years and she’s there (mostly) EVERYDAY! Working harder than the actual workers (and they work HARD too) do! The food service is EXCEPTIONAL! Always served fresh and hot! “My first time buying from here via phone. I purchased a hoagie tray for after a funeral service at a friend's house, at pretty much last minute. I had trouble finding the place too. My cell went crazy, and it froze. I couldn't pick up the food on time. To make matters worse each time they tried to reach me ,well my cell wouldn't allow me to answer the call either. Finally we connected and they were extremely understandable. Super helpful in providing directions to get there via phone. I was going in the opposite direction. “Man a lot of people on here complaining about a long wait, closing early, or simple mistakes. Guess what they make amazing food so they get slammed. So 1 -its gonna take a while for your order no matter how close you are or how small your order is, 2 -they dont have an unlimited supply of fresh rolls. When they run out what do you want them to tell everyone that calls or comes in they cant get a sandwich? 3-No one is perfect mistakes happen. You didnt get your side of sweet peppers? You’ll live. “I ordered catering for our kitten rescue’s volunteer gathering for the wrong day and when I realized my mistake, I only had 30 minutes before the event started. I called the store in a panic! Primos rushed to get our order together in record time and I was at the event with our food only 20 minutes late. I couldn’t believe how kind they were.
