“I've been bringing my 4 year old her because he was gifted a Dunkin' card. An older gentleman and a young woman with either light blonde or light red hair (her name is also an American city) are absolutely amazing people.

We've been to thousands of different Dunkin Donuts from her to Boston. These two people are the best two people I've ever encountered at any service store.

They are extremely patient, kind, and welcoming as I try to teach my son the proper way of handling money and how to be polite.

Since I go to the IKEA right down the road every morning, I always stop here for breakfast and coffee. The staff all know me by name and are alway so pleasant. I love that. “Very affordable place close to the subway. There is a little bit of a language barrier but their breakfast sandwiches are delicious. They have donuts, pretzels, hot dogs, bagels, breakfast sandwiches ready made, and they will make lunch sandwiches if you call in advance or wait. They will also custom make breakfast sandwiches if you call. Their coffee is decent. I think the quality is very good considering their prices are so low.“

“I will be honest this is now my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I ended up coming here because I’ve been to the last other two Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and had horrible experience. I came to this one and even though it doesn’t have a drive-through it was the only one they got my entire order correct to the tea. They were so nice and understanding and did not have any problems with special request. I would recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone.“

“The employees are so kind and helpful. When I came in with my stockpile of coupons, they took their time to make sure my order got credited for every promotion. As we were about to leave, one of the employees gave us two Munchkins for my restless toddler.The owner was their that day. He was also super nice, and respectful of the employees.I am more of a mom/pop coffee shop kind of person, but I love coming in here as a destination for my walks in the neighborhood! “Manny and Fatima run the best DD in the nation. It’s always clean, efficient, quick, and with great employees. I’ve been to many DDs up and down the east coast while traveling, and this one is by far the best!! Whatever they are all getting paid, it isn’t enough.“

Got overcharged for some garbage I didn't consume because the girl at the window nor any other human present in the store count void my order or issue a refund for the correct price. Do not recommend. Also check prices since large signs indicating a specific price were not honored.“

“For mobile orders go to the register to get your food. They either won’t call it out or can’t complete orders with food AND drinks like most Dunkin locations.
Waited 25 minutes while they served dozens of people. Such thing for “skipping the line”.“

“This Dunkin location in Folcroft has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. But when it comes towards the food, I believe this certain Dunkin location has lower standards of quality in the food they serve compared to any other Dunkin in the area. The quality of food could be better. I'm unsure what's different at this store“
