We ultimately decided to go with a place closer to were the rehearsal venue is instead of 40 min to this place but I always love this location and the staff.“

“This place is very dangerous and way too close to home. I've been there three or four times already and I have to say everything I've gotten has been absolutely amazing. The crab cakes, the stuffed shrimp, the fried oysters, the potato salad the garlic mashed potatoes marinated mushrooms. A little bit pricey but worth every penny“

This price includes an app, main, and dessert - anything on the menu. The service here is outstanding. The food is better than anywhere else in town, and for me- the best Italian I have ever had. Dinner for 9 of us took about three hours. To me, this is amazing. There was no rush. They made sure everything was perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. We have been there two other times and have had the same waitress. The daughter of the owner (Jsut another plus). She is bubbly and kind and makes sure everyone has a great time. The portions (for me) are large and sadly I haven made it to the tempting desserts. It is a byob but we also tried the Peach Iced Tea which was sweet and delicious. They also pack to go orders which seemed pretty busy. Their 2 for $30 dinners on Thursdays was more than we could finish but good the next day!“

We did takeout and the food was still piping hot when we got home. “The place itself was beautiful the host to the waitress was very friendly and didn’t mind a conversation. Everything was delicious to the appetizers to the courses. The only thing that wasn’t great was the NY stripe aged steak. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare but this was the worst chewy steak I ever had. I saved majority of it to see if I could fix it at home but no luck. Just not the best quality steak and was hoping it was due to grill being in the name. They only charged $8 bucks for that little dollop of butter on top of the steak. The best thing we had was the scallops they are to die for! They melt in your mouth and the flavor was fantastic. I would come again just wouldn’t get their steak again.“

Entrees: Miso glazed sea bass or filet with stuffed lobster tail both Devine! “My husband and I had a wonderful date night. They had a specialty menu, and we ordered the burrata to share for and appetizer. Everyrhing on the menu is made from scratch and you can taste the freshness of everything in a dish. I enjoyed the chicken marsala. And the desserts are also homemade and change. I got the cannoli and my husband got the tiramisu, you could taste the wine that was put into the cream and it was delicious. The only thing about the atmosphere is a little bit of echoing from the layout of the restaurant which made it a little hard to hear our waiter at times.“

“TL;DR: Easily one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. The food here always hits and their portion sizes are out of this world. You absolutely should make this one of your go to spots!
(I'm not even a local and I still come here a lot!)

Whenever I'm in the area, this is the place I go to. There hasn't been a single item on the menu that I didn't like. But if I had to pick just one, it would have to be the Cumin lamb. If I didn't convince you to give this place a try already, then let that lamb speak for itself. It's honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back here. Tender, flavorful, and brings comfort to your soul. There are few places that can serve you up a good lamb dish, and Chef Zhang is one of the rare few. I honestly don't understand how they are so consistent with their food too, but it's exactly why I find myself getting food from them over and over again.
