“Everything was divinely delicious! I highly recommend both the crab and spinach with goat cheese appetizers! The seasoning on the entress was amazing, you can taste every spice! Truly delicious is an understatement! As for dessert, I can't recall what the exact name is but it's a lentil based pudding and omg, pure heaven! The service, the atmosphere, the people, the place, the music, the cleanliness.....I absolutely loved it all! I adore this place! Can't wait to go back, every blessing for the new year guys! This place is top notch, and as a Greek who grew up in the restaurants (and is def a food snob) that's a huge compliment! I wouldn't just say that about any place, you guys sincerely deserve it! When I went he personally came & show the table even though He was not working at my table. Pratikbhai is excellent every time. He ask the taste & bring the same taste food. “While we have eaten here before and came in expecting to enjoy the North Indian food and the dosa, what stole the show was the Bhindi Polichathu and the Kerala Parotta (off menu but available to order). It was so authentic but also very innovative and very well executed. You have to try the Kerala cuisine here - even if you’re vegetarian. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the Malayali food!“

The bowl base was filled with chilli paneer peaces (appetizer kind of thing) and above that was vegetable biryani.
I got 2 items for 1 price 😂.

While we have ordered from here several times, this weekend we had a birthday party where we served food from Bayleaf. I went in person on Wednesday and spoke with Terence who was tremendously helpful in suggesting amounts and taking our order. The order was ready as scheduled Saturday and everyone enjoyed the trays of food: biryani samosas sauces and naan- even provided serving tongs and spoons. It was an easy and delicious experience for self serve party food. Thank you to the BayLeaf restaurant! Highly recommend.“

Its hard to find good Indian food and I must say, I've been coming here for more than 20 years and I still will be coming more and more! Out of all the restaurants in parsippany & Rt 46, I specially come down to Wayne to eat this amazing food. my fav is the sag panir, malai kofta, and vegetable biryani. I love the one waitress and how she explained the spice levels according to chiptole and taco bell! the uncle who is the owner always greets everyone like hes known them for years. Like we are family, its heart warming since i dont live with my family. Amazing food, amazing people and amazing prices!“

“Came here for the first time- we’re Vegans, and sometimes it’s difficult to find an Indian restaurant that has many vegan options. The staff went out of their way to help us find the vegan options on the menu, and when they were out of some ingredients to make certain dishes (it’s Diwali, and so it’s a busy time of year) that featured mushrooms and tofu, they actually custom created a dish so that we could try more of what they have to offer. A great experience, and will definitely be coming back!

We came in at 5:30. If you seriously need your order. Order between 5:00pm & 5:30pm or after 7pm. If you Can hold Out. LaZeez was that slammed. They with a full staff were that overwhelmed. Good food, great service. But choose your time in going. They only have so much room for flexibility. Maybe they need to buy the place next door and expand there kitchen?“

“Okay, we've been coming to this truck since 2008 or so, when my son was a student at NJIT.I'm going to say that the best food here are the platters, especially the chicken platter; unfortunately my son insisted on the Samosa Tikki Sandwich. It was good, but the platters, with extra white sauce, and a sprinkle of red pepper, is worth the visit. Enjoyed the sandwich. The picture is only a fourth of the sandwich.“

Food is excellent. Reminds me of Bangladesh town in the Bronx. Vegetable samosa (singhara) needs some salt. Chicken patty (puff) needs more filling (hardly 2 small pieces of chicken in them. Chicken biryani was delicious. Tandoori chicken was good as well. None of them were served with condiments (sad). The best of all is the Chai, it was spot on.

Upon arrival the cashier didn't greet or welcome, however, the server was welcoming. The server was able to speak in English and Hindi which was nice. He was patient and answered all the questions. On purpose I asked the server to pack different things randomly to see his service and he was impeccable. Good customer service.

Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The restaurant is in a sketchy area, not the best of places, however, the restaurant/bakery captured the essence of the area and brought beauty to it. The ambience is very south Asian and reads the area well. Music and clearly labeled menu items with prices would help.“

“They have the best eggless cakes I have ever tasted . No lie told , just find out for yourself . I recommend to come here and try all of their flavors because they are literally ALL delicious! My personal favorite are the strawberry & mango cake, pineapple cake & the chocolate mousse cake . And they are affordable prices . I’m getting a whole one one for my birthday this year !
