We just went yesterday and honestly did not expect the food to be as good as we anticipated. “In the 1970s and 1980s I spent 15 summers from June to August in Greece. This is the most authentic Greek food I've had since I was there. The choices are extensive; the intimate atmosphere is exceptional and best of all the wait staff are friendly, helpful and delightful. The displays of the desserts are mouthwatering. And the Greek coffee is perfect. In this restaurant you are back home in Greece.“
“An opinion only. The food is good. But, they made it clear that they did not value me and my patronage. My sandwich was stuffed with french fries to justify their pricing. The cashier said she asked if I wanted it "Greek style" when she did not. (Not even sure what Greek style" is). And put the wrong sauce on my falafel. They did not like to be made aware of my service issue. They did not value me as a customer, shown by the way they spoke to me, so I will not be going back. That's a shame too. This was maybe my 3rd time ordering. No matter how good the food I can not spend money where I do not feel valued as a customer.“
“This restaurant is amazing! We found the restaurant and seen they had great reviews through google. We hosted a family feast here, we had music, great food and great enviornment.The food is amazing, the atmosphere is great, the people are wonderful! Sandra is such a nice person, she waited on us at our family feast, she was so loving and caring and really made sure to cater to us and made us feel at home. The owner is an amazing guy, he worked with us to make sure we got all that we wanted from the menu, all the food was well cooked and fresh.I highly suggest this restaurant for any family events, parties or just a day out for lunch or dinner.Thank you so much! “Ordered take out from here for the first time over the weekend and loved it! You get a lot of quality food for what you spend, and everything we had was delicious! “I tried EFI’s today from just passing by without looking at any reviews/ knowledge about the place i was PLEASANTLY surprised on the food! I got 2 lamb gyros and spanakopita to go. The lamb meat was GOOD but I got some nasty hard pieces. But, after getting rid of the pieces the gyros were great STUFFED with fries and I Loved it! I would 100% go back but i would personally try the chicken instead. The spanakopita was great and enough to share between two!“
“We held my wife’s baby shower at this restaurant, and we have ordered from here on multiple occasions. First, the food is phenomenal. From the chicken kebab to the falafel, all of the food is fresh, and seasoned and cooked to perfection.Nora and her team essentially treat the entire restaurant, including patrons, as family. They welcome you with warmth and will work with you to do anything your heart desires, within reason. You will feel so close to Nora from the start that you will likely give her a hug before you leave.The baby shower was a complete success- the restaurant is beautiful without being too much of a spectacle- and even has a tuned piano, which allowed us to have live background music for the event.My wife had a wonderful day, and it was made possible by Nora and all of the great staff at The Bosphorus!Dietary restrictions: Vegan and GF friendlyKid-friendliness: We had 5 kids at the event so they made them chicken fingers and fries to be safe!Wheelchair accessibility: First floor, double door- we had someone in a wide wheelchair. “Another wonderful and enjoyable meal at Limani. We had a late lunch on Easter and were seated right away. Our server came to our table immediately and asked what we needed while looking over both the regular and special holiday menus. Our wine was opened and poured and bread, olive oil and seasoning placed on the table. We were not rushed making our decisions even as a steady crowd filled up the restaurant. We all enjoyed our appetizers, entrees and dessert (we had to share because we were so full) and will definitely be back again soon.“
“This is a great little Cafe. I walked in, place was clean, decor was awesome, staff were smiling and friendly. I got the vegan gyro bowl, and it was really good. It was packed with gyro and rice, i actually got lunch and dinner out of it. Sometimes plant based food in general has a weird taste, however, Pita Bowl's was great. This is my new spot for vegetarian eats.“
“My family and I order takeout from here practically every other week! We absolutely love the food. It's great nearly every single time. I definitely recommend trying this place! “The pita wraps and greek salad are fantastic! Super fresh and flavourful. I’ve eaten at many great Greek restaurants but the gyros here are some of my favourite. Great service too. We usually do takeout so can’t comment on the atmosphere but one time we’ll try dining in.“
