“Food was great drinks were great. The service was lackluster unfortunately I don't know if the person was new but we ordered a bottle of wine they brought it to our table open which is not customary. And poured the wine directly into a carafe without us checking the bottle. Service at the end we were handed a bill We were not asked if we wanted dessert or anything of that nature.“

“My wife and I have been patrons and huge fans of Chez Catherine for nearly 30 years. Last Friday, we happily celebrated our 39th anniversary there with another very fine lunch. It's always a pleasure to be greeted like old friends by owner Stephane Bocket and seated at what we think is the best table in the tastefully decorated, elegant restaurant. We both chose the prix fixe menu. For starters, my wife had the always terrific moules and I a lovely mixed salad. We both chose beef bourguignons for our main course and asked Stephane to suggest wine from the by-the-glass list. His selections of a chablis for my wife and pinot noir for me worked perfectly with the outstanding bourguignons. We finished by sharing a delicious Baba au Rhum, prepared by Stephane at tableside. Dining at Chez Catherine is always a special event to us. Everything about it is first class. If you are unfamiliar with Chez Catherine, it has been one of New Jersey's Top 5 restaurants for nearly 40 years. We recommend it highly and urge lovers of fine dining to not wait but reserve a table NOW. We're sure you'll find it to be as special as we do.“

“I highly recommend you booking tickets through Groupon , you get a deal and with the deal comes a free wine bottle for every ticket you purchase. Make your reservation ahead of time. The wine 🍷 was really good my favorite was the blueberry cider 🍺. The customer service was amazing and I’d go again.“

“Went here tonight. Had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, pretty good food, A+ drinks and ambience. Had the tuna tartare- think they can sauce up a little bit and hit with a " vehicle" ( tostada, etc), but overall, fine!! And surprisingly fresh for the area. Grilled Caesar- fantastic. Croquettes ( jamon) more my husbands thing but the sauce was good and I totally enjoyed ! Staff is sweet and super excited to have you. Ambiance is gorgeous. And honestly- food, room for improvement but definitely a major highlight of the area.

For those of you submitting bad reviews, shame on you. I have to take a guess and say 1.) you think you have taste because you lived in Murray Hill for a couple years, did a stint and Hoboken then made your way to the suburbs of Jersey. News flash, it's northern Jersey. You should be appreciative this place is putting an effort in to offer a more elegant experience than the harvest restaurants and chipotle around town. These people are trying, and we should be encouraging this type of development in our town as much as possible. OR 2.) you're so violently upset by the costing of tapas that you blow their whole rating on that, you aren't the target audience.

“My boyfriend and I stopped by Waves of Wine for a quick drink and loved the chill vibes. The atmosphere was super relaxed, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Great spot if you’re looking for a laid-back place to enjoy a glass of wine and good company. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This was the first time we had just an average experience. I was taking a friend out to celebrate her birthday because we always love the excellent service and food. Yesterday things worked out in the end (through a manager) but several negative things occurred. For one thing, the filet mignon/lobster tail combination was not cooked properly. One order was for “medium” and it was totally rare. Had to get manager because server was busy bartending and waitressing. The manager took the meat back and had it recooked. Also, the lobster tail was extremely tiny. We have had this dish before, and the tail was always small but not tiny small. Ok, so now I am eating by myself while my friend is waiting for her dinner. BTW! It came out very rare again. The manager offered my friend a soup or salad so she could eat something while waiting. The Caesar salad was chosen. The croutons were stale. A new piece of meat was cooked up...finally to perfection. Took three tries! The birthday desserts were delicious and the chicken pesto appetizer was perfect. We do not think the service was up to par since we have always had such friendly servers. Another waitress came out to us because we felt like she was avoiding us. As I said, it worked out because the meals were taken care of, but i hope we do not experience this again. Seasons 52 has been one of my favorite restaurant and of course, I will give it another try!“

“Went there for brunch and the menu selections were not only delicious but unique. Our server Nichelle was very sweet and attentive. We started off with the Salmon Risotto Balls as our appetizer which were amazing. Then we ordered Black Truffle Benedict, Iberian Connection and Black Truffle Gnocchis and washed them down with a refreshing glass of Peach Basil Iced Tea...so good. The ambiance was beautiful too. Will definitely be back.“

I reached out to the restaurant in advance to make the reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful answering questions and making sure that the reservation was correct. I then was able to follow up and pre-order appetizers for our group and the staff at Agricola made great recommendations that everyone loved.

Our dining experience was incredible and with amazing service from Marco everyone was thoroughly impressed! The food and drinks were phenomenal which added to the experience!

Additionally Agricola made the night very special writing a card for my Fiancée and I and presenting us with a congratulatory dessert!! I would highly recommend Agricola to anyone and especially for special occasions or celebrations!!“

She was pleasant, tentative, respectful, friendly, polite and patient! My wife and I definitely appreciated the service she provided us! My only issue was the fact that open table has an option for you to put what your occasion is and the restaurant didn't honor it. However after speaking to the manager he did accommodate us in someway for the inconvenience. ! I would definitely come back here as it was a great experience overall!!! Great ambience! “If you’re looking for old school Italian, this is a great spot. They made it easy to schedule a work dinner for 9 people, and the service was quick and accurate. The Caesar salad was extremely tasty, as was my pasta dish, albeit a tad salty. The front bar area is also cozy and casual, so it’s a great place for an after work cocktail.
