“I recently hosted a 50th birthday dinner at Tavern @ Iron Horse and could not have been more satisfied with the experience. The general manager, Jackie Russ, was an absolute standout. She went above and beyond to ensure our evening was perfect, from coordinating the menu to making sure every detail was exactly as we had envisioned. Her professionalism and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the entire night.The food was absolutely delicious. I chose chicken milenase, pork chop and hanger steak for the dinner selections. I have been receiving rave reviews from our guests. The service was impeccable, with our server being both attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive.Thanks to the incredible team, and especially Jackie Russ, our 50th birthday celebration was a seamless and memorable event. We highly recommend Tavern @ Iron Horse for any special occasion.“

“We threw a drop-in Buffet dinner for family and friends at Houlihans for 30 to 35 people. The room is spacious and accommodated everyone comfortably. Our server Eileen was excellent and the food was delicious. Michelle who assisted with the catering was very detail oriented and help me plan a great event. Sebastian the manager as extremely gracious and helped ensure our guests were taken care of. I would definitely do it again and highly recommend..“

“Very chill family owned and operated North Jersey tavern and steakhouse. It's cash-only, but there is an ATM up front near the bar. The burgers and steaks are the main attraction, but there are plenty of seafood and poultry options that are delicious. They have a full bar with beer, wine, and cocktail specials (and a good variety of each). Service is friendly and your meal will likely be cooked and/or served by the the owning family.“

It's a safe bet that you'll get an enjoyable meal at Strawberry Place.“

“I have been coming to Munno’s for over 22 years. I have never had better penne vodka and I travel extensively gobbling up food in different states and in Europe. The staff is always friendly and willing to take an order for a tray of penne vodka to be ready for us the same day. My family is now obsessed with Munno’s as well!“

“We absolutely love the Glen Rock Inn and have been coming here for while, but this was our first time hosting a larger event—and they exceeded every expectation. We celebrated our son’s first birthday here, and the entire experience was incredible from start to finish.

Gina made the planning process leading up to the event so easy and seamless, and on the day of the party everything ran flawlessly. The food was outstanding and constantly replenished—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it.

“Wait staff was friendly and you were not pushed to finish dinner. We had the shrimp po' boy and the grilled ribeye open face steak sandwich. I asked for my French fries to be extra crispy and they were delicious. After driving for almost 5 hours, sitting in rush hour traffic and construction, this diner made our day and on a really great note.“

“Louie's On The Avenue has been our favorite local restaurant for years ..however last Friday Stephanie and her team knocked it out of the park! with 24 hours notice, they helped plan, decorate, cater and Host our impromptu wedding. It was fantastic. the decorations, the signature drinks, delicious apps, brilliant wait service and overall atmosphere was unbeatable! “From the time we walked in the door, to the time we left it was a friendly and welcoming vibe. Now on to the food, I never once thought of putting buffalo chicken into an omelette, but they did.. and let me tell you, it’s a MUST try! The chicken was still crispy even mixed into eggs, and it was just hands down one of the best omelettes I’ve had! Let me start with this by saying, I literally add a side of bacon to every single meal that I’m able to. With that being said, it was a generous portion of crispy, flavorful bacon. My wife got the pancakes and sausage links, the sausage links were also perfectly crispy/crunchy on the outside and juicy/moist on the inside. We aren’t typically in the area much, but now whenever we are, we’ll be eating here! Plenty of options to choose from, next I’ll be intrigued to try something off the lunch menu. Highly recommend giving Foodies a try when in the area, it will not disappoint!!“

“Always meet my best friend halfway between Bergen County and Westchester for dinner. We ended up at The Dining Room one night. Quite possibly my favorite French onion soup. PERFECT martini. Steak was solid, au gratin was also great. Cannot wait to go back.“

“We just ate there for the first time at the Warren location. We were surprised how busy they were on a Sunday since they are near an office complex. I had a burger, onion rings and a chocolate milk shake. All 3 were delicious. My husband had the hot pastrami and French fries. Both were excellent. We highly recommend.“

“Had to leave a review - excellent meal! Burger was homemade and not a thawed out patty from a food supply box - even the tomato was freshly cut and juicy. The apple pie and coffee were perfect. My five-year old loved her burger and fries! Also - great attention to little ones here - very sweet staff. Would absolutely eat here again with my family.“

“I had so much fun. The music, endless mimosas was awesome, but I will say I was disappointed with the steak and eggs I ordered. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare and it came out medium well. The took it back and a couple of minutes later brought out what appeared to be the same exact steak cooked medium well and the eggs were cold. It’s like they thought I wouldn’t notice??? So, if you like your steak on the rare side DO NOT order the steak and eggs. Order anything else in the menu and you probably won’t be disappointed. Other than the steak, everything else was great!“

“Had the breakfast burrito 🌯 been wanting to get to this place for a while.

Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. The chorizo was the one I went with definitely wasn’t disappointed.

I don’t think it’s worth a far drive but if you’re in the area or it’s not completely out your way it’s definitely worth stopping in for a visit. The place does have seating but not a lot of room. There is a park near by and lots of outdoor seating near the area. That’s what I chose to do.

The breakfast burrito price was amazing especially for nyc the food was good quality and really delicious. The sauce everyone was talking about wasn’t over powering. Matter of fact I wish I had more next time I’ll ask for some on the side felt like I needed an extra pump 😂.

I truly enjoyed this place and I’m sure you guys will also the coffee was mid but it’s ok food makes up for it.

The staff is incredibly friendly and kind—when I had my baby in one arm, they insisted on helping me carry my coffee to the car. “We hosted a surprise 60th birthday party this past weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. From the first call to set it up to the moment we walked out the door, the staff made sure it was such a great experience. The people who work there are so attentive and kind. The managers Bryan and Kelly were so helpful in planning our party and Ivan is a rockstar. He took care of our party of 20 and made sure we had everything we needed. We never had to look for him, he was always checking on us and providing excellent service. He truly is so great at what he does. We had a sit down lunch in their cottage room which was so nicely decorated. the space was perfect. We felt like we were in our own restaurant. It was cozy but spacious and they were so accommodating with how we wanted it set up. We were able to bring balloons and decorations and the staff even helped us set up. They had a curtain up in the doorway so we were able to really surprise the guest of honor. Our lunch was delicious. We chose to do the seated option with 3 shareable apps and we picked a menu of 4 main meals from their party menu. Most of us ordered the shepherds pie and it was some of the best we had ever had. The presentation was cute. It came in a skillet which was served on a board with Irish soda bread. It was so delicious. The show stopper was the shareable Irish egg rolls. We couldn’t stop talking about them. The drinks were really good and the bar staff was really attentive to the party. The kids ordered from the long kids menu and they really enjoyed theirs as well. The pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. We were able to bring our own cake and they cut it up and served it for us which was so nice. I can’t thank them enough for how special they made this experience. Everyone in our party had such an amazing time. The staff here are incredible. I would absolutely consider them for your next party.“

“We had an absolutely wonderful meal on Thanksgiving. We ordered the usual turkey dinner and it was was scrumptious. I believe the new chef owner brings the experience to whole other level. We loved it. We are going back Christmas Eve! I do have to say I was disappointed a restaurant of this level and price point charges a 3% credit card fee. This is a first for us as we frequent comparable fine dining restaurants and we were never charged a fee. Food for thought.“
