One thing I felt was that the chicken wings were a little small, but they tasted so good that I didn't care. They give me extra wing. I feel grateful for their service. When I want my order two last me for about 2-3 days I get a whole chicken with a side of BBQ sauce which is hands down a 10/10. Aside from my milkshake heartbreak, I have to give major props to the staff and management at the Garden State Plaza location. These people? They're running a well-oiled chicken empire. They’re fast, friendly, and honestly, too pleasant for people working in the middle of a crowded mall. I've seen them handle lunch rushes with the kind of efficiency that would make NASA jealous. And they do it all while still delivering their signature, 'My pleasure,' which somehow makes me feel like I’m at a five-star restaurant rather than a mall food court.

“I haven't had a bad experience per day but they did get slammed while I was there and ended up passing my order to someone else because they forgot I was there overall good hot food no complaints there and the ice cream isn't bad. Side note I enjoy the friendly chats the two men seem to have with patrons(I'm not from here but have been a few times always everyone smiling or laughing)“

“I've been to so many chicken spots in NYC, but this is, by far THE best TX chicken spot in the entire Bronx. Their biscuits were the best part of the meal too. I tried a bite from one from my husband's meal and ended up going back up to order a 6pk of biscuits afterwards. The guys serving were super kind and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best price for what we were ordering too.

“Came across this spot as I was looking for a place with a variety of options. The store is very well kept and clean! Workers were very friendly and efficient. I ended up ordering the cheeseburger and sweet chili flavored wings. The food was amazing! The burger was perfectly grilled and the brioche bread was soft and toasty. Definitely try it with the munch (orange) sauce! The wings were even better! I like the wings crispy but if you don’t just ask to make it the way you like. The best part of it all is they close 2 AM. I’ll def be coming back for some late night munchies!

“It was my first time visiting this Kennedy Chicken Grill location and I was blown away by the exceptional service and the atmosphere not to forget it was extremely clean and well maintained. The guys behind the counter work as it's a family business and so they treated every customer the same with respect and appreciation. The only thing is that this location needs some seating for customers. I was standing inside the restaurant for quite sometime eating my meal and also observing the service. Extraordinary team work. The service is certainly rapid. Needless to say, the food they serve is first-rate. I ate there more than once and I was always satisfied. The price is modest. “This quasi-chain fast food is often anything but fast. Their lamb over rice, however, is outstanding! Be prepared to wait 40+ minutes for it, however. Once I ordered lamb over rice for lunch at 12:40 and it came out a little after 1:30! Not inflating truth one bit. When the guy says, "It'll be right out." That's a g--d@mn lie. But it tastes great.Oh yeah, don't order the fish, and don't trust the picture of the fish on the wall. They're selling fish sticks as filets.
