“This is now a favorite spot to get Chinese food. Honestly, it will probably be the only spot for here on out. Second timw ordering from here through Uber Eats. I ordered the rib tip combination. It was absolutely amazing. It definitely was not what I am used to getting. The meat was tender and juicy with just the right amount of sauce. No grizzle. I ordered the fried rice with bean sprouts and egg. It was so delicious and perfectly made. My food arrived hot and was delivered by the most beautiful driver. I should have know the food was going to be just great. I was totally pleased. Will definitely order again and again. You have a new customer for sure.“

“Traveling from CA and Randomly stopped here while waiting for an interview on a Friday around 3p. OH MY GOD 🤯 the FOOD is so good! I had the cheesesteak egg rolls, Obay shrimp, and a few drinks made by the AMAZING bar tender Ava. Food: 10 stars no notes. Drinks: WELL balanced and super tasty. Highly recommend Ava’s Mojito it’s incredible. The vibe is really chill, it’s a karaoke bar at night so was pretty empty during the day (great lunch spot for Philly workers btw!). When we talked to the worker she was really polite and patient with me and my dad, i ordered but my dad was taking long and luckily nobody was in line but she was very patient with him and got what he wanted. For those reviews that complain of how long it takes, read the menu. It specifically recommends you order "25 minutes in advance". As for the poor customer service, it is fine. They aren't overly nice with "my pleasure" every 5 seconds, but that's okay. They are knowledgeable and got my order correct. I don't need anything else. If you are someone who needs to be waited on hand and foot, go eat fine dining. The poor reviews here are unjustified. I look forward to trying something other than their chicken on my next visit.“

“Pearl Chinese & Japanese Cuisine location on North Lansdowne Ave has good employees that provide good food that is made with care. While I visited in April 2026, Dine in tables were just available in one room near the chefs cutting board station. The small dinning room is in this reviews pictures for customers to see. The other main dining room was blocked off. Keep up the good work on To-Go orders quick pick up times. Their location reminds me of a normal house. Especially when you walk in and straight ahead is stairs going up like a house. Good Luck in 2026 & Beyond.“
