I personally love the tall blonde and the tall curly head. They are so fast even when busy, and they always make my kids the most comfortable. The only reason im giving the 5 stars is because of them and their amazing work antics . They are always such a delight.“

“Best ice cream shop in Essex County if not the entire state of NJ. You can taste the difference in quality, creaminess, ingredients, no artificial flavors. Small micro batches made with natural ingredients and real flavors. Great owner and staff. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help create a wonderful experience. Small space but the flavor is large. They are getting ready to launch their second storefront in Lyndhurst. Go check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Favorite flavors include: Strawberry Baklava Chocolate But all are incredibly good!“

It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. “Have ordered a bunch of ice cream cakes for birthdays after having one at a daughter’s friends bday. They have all been delicious! After 36 years of Carvel cakes, we have officially made the switch.

Reasonably priced cakes and haven’t had any issues.

One nitpick: They definitely need to figure out how to write better on the cakes, but there are high school students working there, I blame the curriculum not teaching script for years. So if you are particular about that…just get the cake with no writing. :-)“

I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries. “I came here because I love the Haagen Dazs Ice Cream brand that you buy at the store so I decided to come here they have a wide variety of flavors and I got the strawberry since that’s my favorite Haagen Dazs flavor the ice cream tasted good but it was really hard and did not taste as good as the pint it was still really good but it’s expensive so I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here“

We felt very welcomed when first step in the store, staffs patiently awaiting for us to settle down and get familiar with menu, answer questions with smile.
