“So I always love to support a local business especially I've heard the owner is just an amazing person overall. I was asked to go out with a friend and spend a nice morning on a Sunday having coffee. When we arrive the young lady at the counter was so aloof she could absolutely care less that we were there that we were ordering that we were a customer we were actually more of an inconvenience to her. So disappointing to just start out that way. I got a chai and a bacon egg and cheese bagel the same as my friend, the small shop was great but I was so turned off by the staff that I'm not sure I would return. Also the bagel with the bacon egg and cheese was so average nothing special but it was a sweet place just not sure based on the staff I'd return.“

“I am extremely satisfied with not only the cake but also the process of purchasing it as well. The staff was very helpful and obviously as you can see my cake turned out beautiful! I have now found my go-to bakery for holiday sweets and birthday cakes!“

“I get Dunkin before work pretty frequently and very early in the morning and the two ladies who work here are the sweetest people I’ve ever met! I love coming here and avoid other Dunkin’s if I’m able to just to go here ❤️❤️❤️“

“For mobile orders go to the register to get your food. They either won’t call it out or can’t complete orders with food AND drinks like most Dunkin locations.
Waited 25 minutes while they served dozens of people. Such thing for “skipping the line”.“

“I have only ever had positive experiences here! The woman who is at the drive-thru window when I leave work every day to grab a cup of coffee is so kind and fun to talk with. She even remembers me by my face and my order! It makes me feel so full of joy to know that I am remembered and cared about! Outside of this, she makes my drinks perfectly everytime and the food somehow tastes better than usual (maybe just cooked the right amount of time?) Anyway, this is a great location to visit ????“
“Located inside PHL terminal B. Stopped here for a late breakfast around 1030am after another place had already switched to full lunch (a bit early, dontcha think?). Sat at the counter. Good service from the bartender. Impressed by the seemingly woman in charge who was hustling and being very positive with her team. Our meals were very good. Coffee was so-so. Pretty typical higher than usual trapped-in-the-airport prices.“

“4.25 out of 5.00 🌟 notice 3 of 12 gone in 10 minutes... good stuff. Of course I was probably first customer of the day, so service was good and the donuts were fresh. You cant ask for anything more, accept i recommend no CNN on the TV when I come here. No one wants to listen to Democrat talking points first thing in the morning; however, I must note CNN has done about 10% real journalism of late because no one was watching. Quick question, does CNN pay dunking to play on their TVs?“

“I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I was really disappointed today with the two frozen coffees I got a mocha & Carmel one and they made it totally wrong they were so Tart & bland we couldn’t even drink them it was a waist of my money .....& I always get them they our usually good but they really turned me down with them .“

“My girlfriend ordered a complicated drink and was unable to pick it up. She sent me. I arrived a little over an hour later (SB was packed) and I didn't know what the order was. I just had her name and venti. This Starbucks, I think the manager, was able to look up the order quickly and ask a colleague to remake it as, they had thrown the original drink away due to too much time. I was gone shortly thereafter with her drink. They didn't charge me twice. Absolutely heroic and I was really grateful for the good attitude and the ability to solve the problem easily and quickly. Girlfriend satisfied.“

“I just stopped into coffee and cream for an iced latte & a chocolate croissant.... and WOW! One of the best chocolate croissant's I've ever had. The woman told me that she uses European chocolate versus American, and the difference is insane! The best, flakiest croissant! The latte was great too! Must try!❤️❤️❤️“
