“Kathleen’s Burrito Banquet is not to be missed in Cimarron, especially for hungry scouts coming off trail at Philmont. Kathleen is so personable and just amazing. The food is fantastic (get the green chili lemonade!), and the covered dining area is so much fun. We’ve brought four crews here over the last 4 years. She remembers us every time. It is always a highlight of the trip.“
