“The food and most of the staff we’re great. One of the staff started a debate about Mexican and New Mexican foods not served. No potatos in NM ? What and Perea family being the oldest in the state. We all have roots girl but learn your facts. You do serve Mexican here, flan is Mexican. But became an argument not a place for this made the meal less enjoyable to bad.“

“The absolute BEST huevos rancheros I’ve had in a very long time. Complemented by smashed roasted potatoes that I’ve never had before. Everything was excellent. We complimented the waitress on the food and the sous chef Jordan came out and greeted us. with a huge smile. Will definitely be coming back and everyone we know will hear about it.“

“We drove from Maryland to Las Vegas, Nevada tryin various food spots along the way. We hit back this place on the way back home and it was phenomenal.

Food and service is top tier. Atmosphere is homey and has a great home town family feel. We were seated at a clean table immediately. The menu was easy to read and choose from. The server was happy to explain things and recommend things and the food came out extremely quick.

We let them know about our road trip and told them that their food was the best we have had yet and the staff and other patrons cheered and clapped for us as we departed it was soooo heartwarming and sweet. Definitely recommend checking this place out!“

“There’s a good reason this family owned local favorite has been open for nearly 40 years. And they only need to be open 8am-2pm because they do New Mexican breakfast and lunch just right. Recommend any of their breakfast burritos- either hand-held or better yet, smothered. Baby burrito or pancakes (to share) for the kiddos.“

“I decided to try a new local restaurant for breakfast today and had heard really good things about Mick's Chile Fix, and since I was looking for a good chile fix I decided to try it. This place is awesome. I ordered takeout but the diner was super quaint and comfortable, it looked like a fantastic place to have brunch and it smelled amazing! The little gift store they had on the side was super cute too. I ordered a regular sausage breakfast burrito smothered in red and the portions they gave me were absolutely massive. Definitely a 2-day breakfast. The red chile is really rich and flavorful, I'd say a medium heat with enough kick to make my nose run, and the meal was delicious. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking to support a local Mom&Pop-style restaurant while getting Grade-A+ New Mexican food at the same time. Will have to try the rest of their menu.“

My son turned 21 a couple of weeks ago & we went on his actual birthday to have dinner & a margarita, but we were denied because he didn't have he still had a vertical license (understandably). Fast forward a couple of weeks: We went to a Kansas concert tonight (he just so happened to get his horizontal license in the mail today) we're looking for a nice place to celebrate his 21st birthday with a margarita. We found Fiesta Azul Tequila House & what a great choice that turned out to be!! We were greeted warmly & seated immediately. The ambience was lighthearted & fun. Very clean & beautifully decorated. I LOVED the glasses. Very pretty & vintage. The beautiful young lady who we had the pleasure to have serve us was named Taina (I hope I am spelling that correctly) & the rest of the amazing staff made our night one to remember. She noticed his birthday on her own, gave him his 1st shot on her, & orchestrated the entire staff to sing 'Happy Birthday' to my boy. And then, when I went to tell the managment about how wonderful of a job Taina did, we ended up getting into a great conversation that lead to my Son getting another complementary tequila shot. Say what?!?! Delicious food, delicious drink, OUTSTANDING customer service. I will be a return customer. HIGHLY recommend!! I am definitely a fan. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This little restaurant consistently delivers great authentic Mexican food and their tamales are the best - tasty flavor wrapped in masa that is moist and not too wet or crumbly. I found this place after reading some reviews and thought I'd try it out and I'm so glad we did - we love this place. You can order ahead and pick up or they offer a small sit down area inside. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, all done with a genuine smile too. We moved from LA where there's plenty of good Mexican food choices but not too many out here (more New Mexican than Mexican) and we're so happy to have found this restaurant. My personal favorites are the burritos and the tamales, you definitely can't go wrong with either of those options. We'll be back for more and so should you!“
