“Literally some of the best tacos I've eaten in a long time.Reninds me of a red taco truck called El Torito I use to eat at years back.I got the carne asada tacos, the beans n rice were good salsa n chips amazing.Service was good too the young man did an amazing job. Definitely will return.“

“This place has some of the best tacos I've ever experienced hands down without a doubt every time I'm going through Espanola I always make sure to stop at this establishment is really great the people are nice the food is fresh and it is 1,000 totally worth stopping anytime you're in the area... I don't have any pictures of tacos from the past visits because I ate them so fast cuz they're so damn good.. my favorite is the al pastor tacos“

Pictured with 3 tacos but it comes with 4. Highly recommend! They reheat well and hold together. A good choice to take home and eat comfortably. just don't tip the box!! You'll spill all the cónsume/jugo.“

“If you're traveling and you want to know what good, straightforward, New Mexican cuisine is like, this is a great place to get aquatinted with it. It's just off the main road, reasonably priced, and a nice mellow place to take a load off for a while. They've got a lot of options, and their meals come with fluffy, delicious sopapillas. I'm a fan of the blue corn vegetarian tacos, which are stuffed with calabacitas.“

“Building doesn't look like much from outside but inside is a different story. Painted nicely with murals on walls and floors shiny and clean. Very good for gluten free options. Food was cooked to order and fresh. Guacamole was very tasty. Servi e was superb in this little family jewel.“

“my experience today was just awful. waitress was nice and prompt, atmosphere nice.. cook was overheard by my family and I while we were eating when waitress asked for our order of fries that we had orded with the rest of order and cook responded that the fries were not on the ticket , which they were,and we heard him say 'me vale madre' !!!.. dang .. also mentioned the rude comment to Joann herself, she said she would talk to the cook about it later..“

“Everything is clean and was perfect except they forgot the guac and sour cream and put white rice instead of Spanish rice even though they asked if I wanted Spanish rice. However, I have never had a grilled chicken burrito that wasn't super, as a refugee from Kommiefornia, but was still really good. It's my bad for ordering at the last minute over the phone and not checking when I picked it up. The lost stars were more than made up with the flavor and the cantaloupe agua fresca was everything a bachelor could ask for! Because it doesn't come with chips and salsa I ordered chips and they made fresh pico for me because they didn't have salsa. Well worth the 20+tip. Amazing quality and good value. Thanks“

“Parking is awful. They didn't plan it very good when they built it. Almost got hit wait in the drive thru when they were busy. It was not designed to accommodate big trucks as the turning radius into the drive thru is tight. This causes the drivers of these trucks to wait fat right and in the way of traffic flow.“

“I happened to be working in pojoaque for a few months last year and started going to the parsol there. One of my favorites was a taco plate either beef or chicken, but there runaway winner is the Menudo mixed in with the posole. Wow they have the absolute best ive ever had hands down over anywhere else ive ever had that dish. It was the absolute best in the stete hands down.“
