“Fabulous food that changes seasonally! Every time we come to Taos, we make sure to book a reservation at Medley. Last night the creamy enchilada soup and trout was phenomenal!“

“We were in a few days ago with a wild toddler who was just having a rough time! Our waitress was AMAZING and so extremely patient. She got him a bowl of grapes to snack on while we waited for our meals. Once our delicious meals came to the table our toddler decided to make a giant mess. Of course as a parent you get embarrassed, emotional and want to get up and leave. Dad took our son outside so he can get him back to our room and I was left with a mess and my half eaten breakfast. The waitress came over and reassured me that everything is ok and to make sure I ate! That was a moment I will never forget. She sat with me and made sure I knew I was doing a good job! We will ALWAYS stop by when we are in town. On top of all of that, the food really was DELICIOUS and so was the coffee! Thank you again!“
“At over 10k feet up the mountain, this was a great spot with an even greater view. It took 35 minutes to order food because of the line. There is only one register, so beware of that. Food came out in less than 10 minutes once you were able to order it. The chicken strips and burger were delicious! There is also a bar outside for those who like to partake and bathrooms for obvious reasons.“
“We didnt eat, we rode the go karts, which was awesome. Maybe not the fastest, and the track is just an oval, but my kids loved it. 10$ for a single, 12$ for a double, which gets you about 5 mins. Maybe pricey, but you wont want to do it a hundred times. Worth the few times we rode. Guys working were nice. Check your pockets when you leave, we found a cell phone in our kart.“

“Amazing food, AMAZING staff !“
“We have been wanting to check this out since they built it. Wasn't disappointed. Service was awesome. I ordered the Reuben sandwich. It was delicious. My old lady had the BYOB. Build Your Own Burger. She said it was great. She had water for her beverage I chose and ,forgive me for butchering this, Cocoa Fuego Chocolate Green Chile Stout. Awesome. This would pair well with Mexican food. I bought a growler of it to take home. Atmosphere was awesome. Within walking distance of our cabin. Love this place.“

“I absolutely loved coming here for dinner. I had what I would call an upgraded Philly Cheesesteak that had a wonderful dipping sauce. The motzzerla sticks were awesome and crunchy exterior the way we love them. My son devoured the Mac n cheese. My husband loved his dish. I honestly was so focused on my food I don't know what he got. lol 🤣 whatever it was it was gone. Thanks Capos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼“

“3- Day stay at the Blake hotel over Thanksgiving. Had a Thanksgiving plate at noon. Turkey and gravy were bland. Roasted brussel sprouts were so overcooked, and bitter. On the morning we checked out, had breakfast there. My partner ordered Sausage biscuits & gravy. The sage seasoning was so strong in the gravy, and had a ton of ground beef. Not the most Pleasant dish to look at in the morning. Breakfast order took a long time to get to our table. I don't know if both restaurant experiences were due to them just opening back up for the season, but it was less than stellar for the amount I paid.“
