“The food and drinks were AMAZING!! We went here for our 30th anniversary. I had the Bison Tender Loin which was flavored and cooked to perfection and the carrot puree and broccolini were perfect compliments. The wife had King Salmon and it too was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We started with the Jumbo lump crab cake and was leery about the pimento cheese but after trying it it too as excellent! Wish I knew the Maitre D name but he was very accommodating and helpful. P.S. Make reservations for the dining room even on a Monday!!! The ambiance was phenomenal dining with the apple trees made for a perfect anniversary dinner. If ever in Taos this is a must on your bucket list and I know we will be back.“

“Creative and beautifully prepared cuisine. The menu offers multiple dishes that happen to be vegan. We tried four of them, and each was as delicious as the next. These were complete vegan dishes, crafted by a chef who clearly has knowledge of plant-based cuisine. Some of the dishes included an excellent house made vegan kimchi and other pickled vegetables. We've had the good fortune to have eaten at many amazing vegan restaurants, and recommend this 100% to vegans and nonvegans alike.

Also offers an excellent NA mixed drink, as well as one NA beer. Also a carefully curated wine list.

Vegetarian options: Vegan options--lots, including a vegan dessert (at lease on the night we dined there).

“We stopped in just to check it out and found a great selection of wine that included wines that you don't typically find. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, definitely recommend if you're a wine lover.“

“we have been enjoying the excellent lobster benedict for Sunday brunch over the years. Sadly we were informed that due to the high cost, it will be taken off the menu. We would love to come back again if we could special order the lobster benedict for 3 pax or 5 pax when we come with our family. We prefer the ambience without the pianist (April 13) as on past visits, the choice of music is too loud and impedes conversation“

“Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the menu. The green chile cheese burger was delicious as was the black bean vegetarian burger my friend got. The waffle fries were tasty and a nice treat. We were looking for a nice dessert of ice cream and were delighted to order their homemade apple pie a la mode. Just a fabulous end to a super delicious lunch! Thank you, we will be back and will recommend your family owned and operated Enchanted restaurant to all our friends 🧡 Well done!“

“Finally tried this restaurant we did take out and do have a ways home so understand it wasn't still hot but that being said was still warm and good. My husband had the chicken fried steak. I had a philly and besides the bread being a bit burnt it was good. We enjoyed the side salad and pickle fries! The regular fries are not for us! Can't wait to try more on the menu and dine in! ?“

“My wife had the fajitas which were very tasty. I ordered the enchiladas with green chilies and they were delicious. The best part was the margarita we both had. It was not the best margarita that I have had but very good. After eating we ordered desert and Bailey's and listened to music in the Adobe bar. I would definitely recommend Doc Martin's to anyone visiting Taos.“

“Came in craving a steak and ordered the coffee crusted ribeye. The steak was cooked perfectly, but I will ask if they can NOT put the coffee crust on. Was complimented by the dip (thin steak sauce or thick au jus? Very tasty). The potatoes were ok, the asparagus was so. I also had the chili appetizer and that hit the spot. I will come back, and I know the Mexican dishes are very good.“

“Have traveled thru 2 states in the last week and this is the best meal we've had! It was fabulous! We had blackened salmon with Mexican rice & sauteed veggies as well as the New York strip steak with baked potato and sauteed veggies. The service was prompt & friendly. A most pleasant respite on our journey . I highly recommend the Sagebrush Grill & Cantina!“

“An establishment ran by two female servers who identify themselves as management. On Sunday evening September 4th. Issue: Their printer stopped working! We asked where was our food. We were not happy. Would you be? We were told, we could refuse you service and kick you out or refund your money back! We chose to have our monies refunded. They chose to serve us! I hope like my sister said, if your parents dine at an establishment somewhere they do not get treated like crap like we did! Will not ever step a foot back at that establishment. Word of mouth travels when you are a local!“
