The manager is so nice and friendly too over there, mostly she served me all the time on drive thru lane. She is always in a great and positive attitude.

“Called an hour ahead to get two dozen muffins and two dozen donuts - I didn’t want to show up unannounced and clear them out. The woman on the phone was very kind, took my name and number and said she would have them ready for me when I got there.

I went inside an hour later with my baby, and everything was ready in beautiful bags, and one of the guys even carried it out to my car.

100% went above my expectations, and every member I dealt with was so kind and courteous. Thank you! I believe my cashiers name was Komalpreet, she was so sweet!“

“As an another review said the lady at the cashier in the morning is lovely, kind and respectful(the old white lady), I accidentally ordered at another Tims and she worked everything out for me and had me gone with my food in a few minutes, sole reason for my review the rest is whatever“

“Very clean ....possibly the cleanest in this area. Bathrooms were well stocked and impressively clean.
Service was hot, fast and very friendly. The only negative point is the entrance/exit doors didn't have an automatic open button (on the Wendy's side...not sure about the Tim Hortons side). Bathroom doors also didn't have an automatic opener either. Maybe a metal foot plate installed on the bottom of the bathroom doors would be a fast and cheap alternative.“

“I just have to say that the current staff at this location has got to be the most friendly, patient and efficient group I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons!!
I can’t imagine how difficult it must be at a food court location in a mall - there’s often a big line and customers are rushing and impatient.
I’ve gone to this one for years, as well as all the others, but the present staff at this one are outstanding.
I seem to often see two girls in particular: LOVEPREET 🥰 and MUSKAN 😍 (I asked their names). They treat customers - especially regulars (and there are many of those in a mall) like friends in a small village cafe and are always so happy, positive and accommodating.
In a world where so many service staff and customers appear frustrated and depressed, seeing two girls this happy despite working such a hard job is SO inspiring! They always remember what I like ordering and and are always so welcoming and positive. On a day I was feeling stressed and down, the incredible smile from Lovespreet and how kind and happy she was just get me my silly coffee and bagel with cream cheese on the side —- totally changed my mood for the day. Her smile is like seeing the sun come out from behind a cloud.

Thank you for coming here from India - you two are Amazing! Stay there, I’ll bet you make a lot of other people’s day as well, every single day.
