“I got the Strawberry Mango Cheescake to go ? ? It came alongside a cute sized container of strawberry sauce/syrup. The cheesecake didn't live up to its name at all; It wasn't sweet and didn't leave me wanting to come for back for more. The price is a bit high for a slice that is a bit too small. The customer service at the location was great as usual and the aesthetic and atmosphere is always welcoming and relaxing.“

“Overall - a wonderful bakery. Highlights include the white sourdough (Fremont), croissants, and beignets. The homemade hazelnut spread is also to die for. Service is generally warm and the dog friendliness is certainly a bonus.There are however a few mediocre items that could use some improvement — some of the loaves are mealy tasting (esp the whole wheat sourdough) and some of the pastries are lacklustre (I find this especially with the tarts, like the blueberry tart).“

The bakery was quite busy as it was Christmas-eve-eve and people were stocking up on pies, cookies, bread and baked goods for the holidays! I ordered a Peppermint mocha latte and a waffle for breakfast, which was delicious. The fruit was super fresh and waffle was so light and fluffy. My partner ordered the avocado toast with an added egg which was also very flavourful and fresh. We brought home a strawberry pie, red pepper jelly and sugar cookies for Christmas treats. “I really love this place as it's one of if not the healthiest bakery with the widest variety of products in the hrm. They regularly have free samples and promotions happening and all of the staff have been nothing short of cheerful and pleasurable to interact with on every occasion. Everything is fresh and delicious and on top of that, they donate leftover baked goods to local charities rather than throw it out like some of these faceless corporate yahoos around. That's a gold star in its own right. Proud to support them.“

“I have been here twice once in bedford which was the best experience. lovely service. went to sackville location and it was aweful. we ate in and it was given to us in a box with two plastic forks. the lady also said we close in 20min. she then walked away. we ate our cheesecake the lady was out back the whole time. we got up and she still did not come out. the cheesecake also still had the pieces of paper on either side of it. she just flopped into a box. I can't imagine the owner would be impressed as she served myself and my friend in bedford with class and professionalism. hopefully she sees how her staff are here in sackville.“

“Definitely recommend checking out Cabin Coffee! The aesthetic inside is really unique and makes you feel like you're in a cozy cabin. I came early in the morning for the breakfast bun combo (sandwich and coffee for just under $9) The breakfast bun was really good - definitely made with more fresh ingredients than McDonald's or Tim's. Unfortunately didn't have time to sit inside, but would love to the next time I'm in Halifax because the inside is beautiful.“

“Ordered a chocolate cheesecake from them. Firstly when we got the cake they told us to put it in freezer because its fresh and melted, they said by putting it in the freezer it would settle. The cake melted on the way home and oozed on the side. Secondly, We sent them a pic of what we wanted and the cake did not look like the pic at all, there was no bottom layer which a cheesecake should have. The cake was dry and overall not satisfied with the quality at all. I am attaching the pic of we ordered and what we got.“
