“I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted at the Mellow Mug last Friday night. As a first-time visitor, I found it to be a very welcoming space, from the decor to the seating. I think I was lucky to be attending an event after hours, when I believe their stock in baked goods to be low. As it was, I had difficulty narrowing my choice down past 3 items. I can just imagine the increased difficulty it would have been first thing in the morning with a full complement of goodies. The very friendly staff helped me to narrow my choice to one and if the cookie I ate was an example of the high quality of their baked goods, then I am grateful that I live half an hour away and not around the corner. The selection of drinks offered was also amazing and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours.“

“This is a great little place tucked inside an ESSO garage. The service is quick and friendly. If you want a bite to eat, they have a Captain Sub and also on the property they have a take out called Maya's Favorite Fish And Chips. So come on over and check it out.“

“I recently visited Tim Hortons on St. Margaret's Bay Rd. and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to Katrina. She was incredibly friendly and had a positive attitude! My order was made quickly and my vanilla iced latte was well-made, and my donut was fresh. The atmosphere was very welcoming, I highly recommend this location!“

“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“It takes a great deal for me to write a long post, I had even sent an email and message on their Instagram. It's clear that they do not care about their customers, so here Iam writing my experience. Maybe this will get their attention. I discovered this cozy café this past weekend. I live in Bedford and have been searching for a great place to study. I really enjoy the atmosphere in this café, However I've had two incidents that have happened now with my order. Saturday I came in and had asked about the breakfast sandwich, I have a nightshade intolerance which I explained to the cashier. (no tomatoes, peppers, paprika, no spices. potatoes and eggplant are also in this category). She went back and checked the ingredients and made a sandwich that was suppose to be free of these things. I get the sandwich and have a couple bites and realize that the black bean paste that was on it did indeed have chili-spice. She was going to remake my order and give me a refund but the manager said one or the other. Which I feel unfair where the damage has already been done to my stomach. However, someone who has made mistakes myself in the past in the industry, I let it go. It's only an intolerance not life threatening, however it does cause me discomfort for a few days when I eat these things. A refund should have been made. I return Monday and ordered a defcafe almond milk latte, which within an hour later I realize that it was 100% NOT decafe. Caffeine does not sit well with me, it causes a great deal on my health. For some people this can literally have them go to the hospital. Some people have certain medications, and caffeine can literally cause major complications. Luckily for me this was not the case, however it ruined my night, I was unable to finish my evening activities, or continue to study for the quiz I had the next day. I also had to cut my grocery shopping short because I became faint and unwell. It's clear to me that the manager and staff do not take dietary restrictions seriously, this is unfortunate, as I have spent $50 on this establishment already and I will not be back. Dietary restrictions are something to be taken seriously and this place does not! So if you are someone with allergies, do not go here.“

“Aah Tim Hortons... have to go there several times a day ?. Easy choice of drinks and food. If you are passing through Nova Scotia I recommend the roasted beef and cheddar sandwich. On the other hand, if you like latte coffee, you won't find any in Cape Breton.“

“This location went above and beyond when I made and order through Uber eats was delivered wrong they Comped my meal . The store manager Diana was truly amazing I came to the drive through today and got my order and she came to the window to apologize for everything . This is one of the best location in my opinion they went above and beyond and there manager is a wonderful lady Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication during this pandemic.“

“Great location with a lot of place to park. Depending on the time of day you go, the lines will be super long for the drive-thru. When the lines are super long the service inside kind of slows down but it may still make sense to go inside if the line is super long.I usually grab breakfast when it's in a slow period. Super convenient because it's at the gas station too.Great place to grab some food before you go to the exhibition center“
