“I've visited many Tim Hortons all over Canada and I have to say this is one of the most cheerful Tim Hortons I've visited in a long time!
On entering, the young man serving was very welcoming and courteous. All the staff actually looked happy in their work and I noticed one young lady was singing behind the counter, which was very refreshing to hear.
The service was excellent with prompt food delivery and no long line to wait in! I ordered a chicken wrap & coffee, which was fresh and tasty.
The inside was clean & tidy and staff seemed very well organized & efficient.
I would definitely return to this Tim Hortons again.

“I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted at the Mellow Mug last Friday night. As a first-time visitor, I found it to be a very welcoming space, from the decor to the seating. I think I was lucky to be attending an event after hours, when I believe their stock in baked goods to be low. As it was, I had difficulty narrowing my choice down past 3 items. I can just imagine the increased difficulty it would have been first thing in the morning with a full complement of goodies. The very friendly staff helped me to narrow my choice to one and if the cookie I ate was an example of the high quality of their baked goods, then I am grateful that I live half an hour away and not around the corner. The selection of drinks offered was also amazing and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours.“

“I am super impressed with Apartment 3. Attentive, FAST service that I have experienced in this entire area including Bedford to St Margaret’s Bay.

“What a great spot! Such friendly staff, and a wonderful variety of baked goods, lunches, coffees, slushies, and of course, caramels! My daughter and I had the best cheese toasties we have ever had 🤤, the Lure latte was very yummy and not too sweet, and the kids' sized slushy was the cutest, most perfect size. We enjoyed sitting outside, and of course had to test a caramel, as well (again: SO yummy and not overly sweet). We'll be back for sure! Thanks again! 🥰“

“Honestly, one of my favorite Starbucks locations to visit of all time. Every time I am in town, I try to make it a point to see the staff as they are so professional, sweet, and talented. Special shoutout to Ramas for being such a fantastic and thoughtful barista and also Ritika for doing such a solid job supporting the location and brand. “Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“This is a great little place tucked inside an ESSO garage. The service is quick and friendly. If you want a bite to eat, they have a Captain Sub and also on the property they have a take out called Maya's Favorite Fish And Chips. So come on over and check it out.“

“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“
