“I have to say, when it comes to taste, quality, service, customer care, food standards, and safety, this is truly the best team. The staff here goes above and beyond—from greeting you warmly to preparing your order perfectly. To top it off, the employee who doesn't have name tag, and I don't know her name but she in particular, is incredibly friendly and delivers outstanding customer service with smiling face. I enjoy their Hot Chocolate every single day. Normally in many places hot chocolate is not that good and only its like sweet hot water..but here I really enjoy the taste and consistency. If you live in Sackville or nearby, I’d highly recommend visiting this place. Kudos to the employee with no name tag and rest of the evening team. Keep smiling. Thank you!“

“I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted at the Mellow Mug last Friday night. As a first-time visitor, I found it to be a very welcoming space, from the decor to the seating. I think I was lucky to be attending an event after hours, when I believe their stock in baked goods to be low. As it was, I had difficulty narrowing my choice down past 3 items. I can just imagine the increased difficulty it would have been first thing in the morning with a full complement of goodies. The very friendly staff helped me to narrow my choice to one and if the cookie I ate was an example of the high quality of their baked goods, then I am grateful that I live half an hour away and not around the corner. The selection of drinks offered was also amazing and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours.“

“I just started to travel to Dartmouth monthly for meetings and was recommend this Starbucks location. I was going to run in quickly to grab a latte and lunch to go but ended up staying for an hour. I was greeted by such a friendly staff, the store was so clean and spacious compared to many others, and the displays were nice and tidy. The barista recommended a new protein drink which was delicious by the way, and my sandwich as usual was very tasty! I decided to relax in the cheerful atmosphere and enjoy my lunch there and made a couple merch purchases before I left the store. I will definitely be making this store my favorite monthly and leisure stop from now on when I’m in Dartmouth. Excellent staff and beautiful store!“

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the creamy oat milk lattes and colourful lemonades and we found ourselves retuning to the Cafe every day of our vacation. “Shout out to the friendly staff and helpful owner at this Tim’s! I placed a very large order for a meeting that was to be picked up at a peek time of day. My order changed a number of times and it wasn’t a problem at all. Went to pick up the order and the owner was there to greet me, everything ready to go . Even assisted me in taking items to the meeting location! Baked goods were delicious while coffee and tea were hot. All condiments provided making the process seamless for me. Most impressive, they provided a milk alternative . Will certainly be stoping at this location again!“

“I recently moved back into the area and was hoping to have brunch here every weekend. I had the Madurito breakfast which was a wonderful treat. The flavours were exotic and well balanced and I left quite satisfied. The breakfast came to $30.00 including tip. After searching online, I found this was almost double the price of any breakfast in Halifax. Wonderful food, but keep in mind you are paying for inflated food costs and for specialty ingredients. Not affordable on my budget, unfortunately.“

Parking: The area is patrolled by Military police and parking security. Their is a 15 minute time limit to be in the parking area. Violation will result in ticket and towing at owners expense“

“I love the Coffee Pro! <3 They have the absolute best selection of K-cups I've seen. I recently switched to decaf pods and they carry a wide selection of flavoured coffee which I love. So many goodies in store from syrups to candles to other amazing local gifts. Must stop in Bedford. :)“

“I have been to over 30 Tim Hortons in my Travels and I frequent the Beaverbank location often. I am always impressed with how great the staff are. Always friendly, helpful and quick to serve you. The store is always clean and the shelf’s are always stocked with fresh produce unlike some other locations. The site is always very clean and with the high traffic they see is impressive. The Manager and Assistant Manager always greet me with a smile and see how my day is going. There is a young lady, Maancy who always sees me coming and has my order ready to go. It’s refreshingly fantastic to see the level of service that they provide on a day basis. I hope the people in the area know how great they have it to enjoy this location. I always start my day with a smile when I visit. Thanks for your efforts 😊“
