“Visited Weird Harbour four times whilst visiting friends in Halifax. The first three times we were very impressed, great service and great coffee. On the last day, we ordered a flat white and a cappuccino. They were both exactly the same, and when we queried it with the barista, he said “that’s how we do them here”. Bit of a let down to be honest when we were raving about it all week to the others.“

This little cafe is cute as a button and as expensive as one too, an easy place to just sit with a good cup of coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. “One of my favorite places for coffee in Halifax. Delicious lattes/mochas/coffees etc. I love love ordering a mocha or one of their specialty sweet local lattes.

I find so many cafés do not even have their own specialty coffee creation on their menus, so happy that Apartment 3 does.
The baristas are great and it is a pleasant atmosphere. There is a small selection of tasty treats, but looks like they added a soup on their menu. Definitely plan on trying it soon.“

“Their soft serve ice cream cones are absolutely out of this world. We have traveled the world and never come close to experiencing how fabulous these cones are. Very creamy ice cream and incredibly rich Belgian chocolate dip forms a thick coating around the ice cream. Both the dark chocolate and dark chocolate orange dips were delicious. This will absolutely be a benchmark for every other dipped cone we ever have.“

“The coffee, treats, and other drinks they serve are really good at a competitive price. It's a nice little Cafe with indoor and out door seating. The staff is a hit and miss. Some of the baristas are super nice, others look miserable. When you're performing a service like that you have to sometimes put on a fake smile. I work retail so I get it.“

“In previous countries where I lived I often heard either that this franchise is very expensive, or that their coffee is not so good that it would cost so much. My wife and I stopped here on the way home from the mall so we just wanted some coffee and decided to try it. What if we'll like it. And if no, well then no... I don't know about the prices of regular coffee, but the two that we ordered for ourselves turned out to be VERY tasty. We will definitely visit this place from time to time to sit and drink Starbucks special offers in the form of autumn options, for example, like these on my photo.

“This location seems to be a busy spot, just a small mistake with my beverage, and was easily replaced with my initial request. I felt so confined stepping in as to how small this store is, and I had to speak aloud for assistance. When I had been acknowledged, I was welcomed and well taken care of.“

Parking: There's not a lot of parking given that it's a gas station in city limits.

Kid-friendliness: They have some things for the little ones not much given its a small store.

“standard timmy's on main street in dartmouth, in cole harbour actually. in a plaza with a laundromat and other small stores. standard fare; coffee, donuts, pastries, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. lots of locals having a sit down chew and chat. clean and welcoming.“

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the creamy oat milk lattes and colourful lemonades and we found ourselves retuning to the Cafe every day of our vacation. “The atmosphere has changed a lot at Tim's not just the one location they have most all gone downhill The ones main st. cole harbour area especially.... Most of staff are friendly but I tend to find some of the new ones to be condescending feeling.. depending on the day.. Which is why I only visit one location now. Not impressed“

“This site is within a secure military base. Access may be restricted to only those who work on the base or who are military personnel. Security at gate may not let civilians in unless they have business on the property

Parking: The area is patrolled by Military police and parking security. Their is a 15 minute time limit to be in the parking area. Violation will result in ticket and towing at owners expense“
