“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here. Food was delicious; we had scallops with risotto. Friends had steak and said that was really tender. Service was top notch from the host to wait staff. Loved the ambiance as well with low lighting and darker wood decor. Highly recommend!“

Stopped into Yard House at Town Square for an early dinner during their Monday–Friday Happy Hour (3 PM – 6 PM).
We arrived around 5 PM and were seated immediately, which was perfect because by the time we left at 6 PM, the dinner rush was starting and it was getting much busier.

For three of us, the total came to $39.99 after tax. The food amount was just right—we left satisfied without it being too much. It’s hard to find a spot in Vegas where three people can eat a full meal with drinks for under $40 these days.“

“Donna was so professional and fun server. King crab and rib eye steak was cooked to perfection. Only thing I didn’t like was garlic bread(too oily, prefer just plain). The cocktail shrimp was 3 of very big & crunch prawn, was quite more salty than other steakhouse, but the texture was exceptional. Meat, seafood, veggies: everything was cooked to the right point for best texture and served at perfect temperature to enjoy! Crème Brûlée was recommended as most popular desert here and OMG it was excellent & not too sweet, but very creamy and perfect consistency!“

“Cote in Las Vegas feels like the New York original with a glitzier spin. Same craft, same discipline, but with that unmistakable Vegas flair layered on top. It was my first time at this location, second overall (NYC), and the vibe hits differently in the best way. The Caesar salad, with that sneaky bit of ssamjang in the dressing, was one of those small twists that makes you rethink a dish you thought you knew. The meal kicked off with a cup of hot bone broth that was so comforting and rich we ended up asking for another halfway through. We went with the butcher’s feast again and every cut was cooked perfectly by the staff. Somehow it didn’t feel like we ate a ton, yet we walked out absolutely stuffed and completely satisfied. Next time, though, I think we’ll wander the a la carte side of the menu and see what else Cote Steakhouse has up its sleeve.“

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. Thank you to the entire staff at Echo & Rig, we will definitely be back!“

“Great food! Appetizers are good portions with the Beef Tartare being my favorite. Get the Break Bread, you love it! The Chicago Clam Chowder was an interesting twist on Clam Chowder and I liked it a lot.

The Zabuton steak was very tasty and done a perfect medium rare. The sausage rigatoni was very good too!

Service was attentive and quick. Noise level was a bit high but it's a sign of a busy steakhouse and guests enjoying themselves.“

“yesterday, Friday December 1st 2023 I had a procedure done so hadn't eaten since the Wednesday evening before. I wanted a steak and as far as we are concerned Outback is the best steak in town. I was groggy from anesthesia so I just wanted to get it and go home it was 3:20p.m. and we called and placed our order. an 11oz steak and 2 sides of screamed broccoli. by the time we got there we shou8have had much time to wait a d sure enough it was about done. Problem? It was a 6oz steak with 1 side of greenbeans and 1 side of broccoli with cheese. The completely remade my order. However my Husband was annoyed because I was sitting in the car very groggy from anesthesia and starving from not earing for almost 48 hours and we now had to wait yet another 20 minutes. They brought it out to our car in less than 10 minutes AND gave us both orders. as of today Saturday December 2nd I've eaten both orders they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Well done Outback!“

“Had reservations at 6:45. Arrived at 6:35. Waited nearly 30 min to get seated. The restaurant was extremely noisy and hard to carry a conversation. The food was good but over priced, especially considering the lack of flavor. Wouldn't go back unless I hear from others it's made some changes. Service was great, but they over sell on options, more information provided than what's on the menu.“
