The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“I was diagnosed of MSA disease in 2021 but my first symptoms occurred in 2019.. I had severe symptoms ranging from tremors, trouble walking, Stiff muscles whole body weakness, rigidity and stiffness. I was given medications which helped but only for a short period of time, so I decided to try alternative measures and began MSA-5 treatment program from Aknniherbs Center (Visit aknniherbscentre. com). This treatment program has made a huge difference for me, I had improved with walking, balance, tremors, increased appetite, no stiffness or rigidity. I am so very thankful“

“We had an amazing time for our One Year Anniversary Dinner. We wanted a memorable dining experience and we definitely got it. Everyone was warm and welcoming. They made us feel special and the food and drinks were exceptional. Malia was our waitress. She was friendly and attentive. Johvanny, Taylor and Brandon were also equally wonderful. The team was rolling out their new menu that night and I have to say the French Chicken Dijon was so tasty and my boyfriend had the Porterhouse. Everything we had was delicious! From the bacon tomato jam, the Bone Marrow, the Garlic Mashed Potatoes to any steak you’re planning on ordering, it’s all amazing! The Viking Punch served in a horn was so much fun! We ended the night with a sinful Lava Cake that was set aflame and utterly irresistible even though we were so stuffed and ready for bed. We will be coming back for sure the next time we are in Vegas!“

The steak was perfection, we wished the jumbo lobster never ended and the table side Caesar was delicious! I think your server felt like you needed that $20 more then they did, and thought they were really doing you a favor. You should have left that server $60 at the very least . And that’s if the service was bad. You said that your service was good. I feel like my 5 stars are needed to cancel out your one. Do better for our servers.“

We were lucky enough to get a table towards the front of the patio. Let me begin by saying that the service was spectacular, we had 3 servers consistently checking in on us. The food was delicious. We ordered the salmon sushi as an app. Then we ordered the filet mignon and the bone in ribeye with truffle mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. (We also got 2 drinks). For me the ribeye took home the gold, it was cooked to a perfect medium rare, was perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. Overall it was a phenomenal dining experience, I would gladly come back. Also the Bellagio fountain going off every 15 minutes add to the experience, it’s such a spectacle.“

Wife had the strawberry martini which was great. We had the three course meal with a side of fries. Chef compt us the macaroni and cheese that was delicious. “This steakhouse has a huge menu for steaks. I didn’t research much since I don’t eat beef, but the place is nice inside the Flamingo, and I really loved the service. Since I decided to eat vegetarian today, I asked for veggie options, and they gave me onion soup and bread appetizers, which were great. Zoe, the waitress, was very nice, polite, and took great care of me with her excellent service—I loved it! They also have seafood available, so I’ll go try it sometime this week!!“

“Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. There's free valet parking if you're driving. Service is professional and friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The food was outstanding. Steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. Be sure to order the souffle for dessert. Great selection of wines and whiskeys to go with your dinner and French press coffee (a personal favorite) to go with dessert. As a local I can say there are lots of great restaurants in Las Vegas, but Mae Daly's is special. We'll definitely be returning.“
