“Unforgettable Dining at STK – Cosmopolitan Las Vegas I had the absolute pleasure of dining at STK inside The Cosmopolitan today at 6 PM, and it was truly one of the best steakhouse experiences I’ve ever had. I started with the Caesar salad and the maple-glazed bacon appetizer—both incredible. The Caesar was crisp and perfectly balanced, while the bacon was thick-cut, smoky, and sweet with just the right amount of richness to get the evening started right. For entrées, I ordered both the Australian Wagyu Flat Iron and the A5 Japanese Wagyu, and let me just say—wow. The Australian Wagyu was deeply flavorful, tender, and beautifully marbled. But the A5? Next level. Melt-in-your-mouth perfection with layers of buttery umami that left a lasting impression. What made the experience truly unforgettable was the service. “The bartender and waiter always improvises a mocktail for me is my favorite part. The hostess always gets my napkin for me. Service is great. Server comes to the table often. Wished they still had lamb. Also, the lobster portions used to be small. Desserts are pretty but tastes okay. A little too creamy. High end, but the salads are very reasonable. They always allow us to share salad, so we get two salads instead of one. Food is very filling and delicious. Music is really nice all the time. <3 Miss coming here! :P“

“I try to dine at the Redwood Bar and Grill at least once during my stay in Downtown Las Vegas. This restaurant offers good food and drinks for a reasonable price. What draws me to dine here is their signature cocktail, Blood Orange Whiskey Sour. You can go anyway in Las Vegas for a good ribeye steak but you can only get the Blood Orange Whiskey Sour Cocktail at Redwood Bar and Grill located in the California Casino Hotel. Their service is exceptional and attentive to the diner's needs. My Waiter, James knew me from my previous visits and presented me with my favorite cocktail without having to ask. What a way to start a delicious meal.! The restaurant is relaxing and casual but you have the option of dressing up for those special occasions. I highly recommend this restaurant. Ask for James to be your waiters. He'll take good care of you!“

Started with two old fashions and then paired our steaks with a nice Cab. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Probably the best steakhouse experience we’ve ever had. “The wife and I live right around the corner, and we decided to give The Hitching Post a try. It was surprisingly good. We split a porterhouse with an appetizer and it was excellent. It was 1/3 cheaper than our other steakhouses.“

“Most people sleep on the Charcoal Room at Palace Station, and I can't understand why. This is one of our favorite Stations Casinos restaurants, and we love to spend our players club points here. It's a restaurant with a nice atmosphere, terrific service, good prices, and great food. What's not to love about that?\n\nWe dine here a few times a year (and have been coming for years), and we've never had a bad or disappointing meal. On holidays, they sometimes have special menus, and they accept reservations through Open Table.\n\nThe décor is what I'd call "modern old school Vegas." The walls are lined with curved, red booths, and it's contemporary yet comfortable. Since this is a local's casino restaurant, the dress code is "come as you are." I've seen everything from shorts and baseball hats to fancy suits and dresses. You will be comfortable in whatever attire you choose. (I normally wear a nice top and jeans and feel perfectly dressed).\n\nThe menu is limited but filled with great choices. I don't eat red meat, and I usually opt for the salmon. It's tasty and well-prepared, and I've always been happy with that dish. Hubby gets the steak and raves about it, especially in relation to the price and quality. Other items that I love are the new mashed yams (they are topped with a gigantic homemade marshmallow!), the macaroni and cheese (you can never go wrong with noodles and cheese), and the shrimp cocktail (so fresh and one of the best things on the menu). The special steak sauces are tasty too, and the complimentary bread basket is one of my favorites (pretzel rolls for the win)!\n\nThe service here is professional and prompt, and it rivals some of the finer and more expensive Strip steak houses. The difference is, the Charcoal Room isn't stuffy. Friendly and welcoming, the servers go out of their way to make your experience a nice one.\n\nIf you haven't been here in years, give the place a try. It's a gem that caters to locals, and is the perfect spot for a nice evening out.“

“This is the second time going to Echo & Rig and had an amazing time. My wife and I flew in from Idaho for a few days away from the cold. My sister and brother-in-law drove up from California to meet us and from the glowing review I told her about from the 1st time I came here my sister wanted to go. We were 1/2 hour early and they were able to seat us within 5 minutes. Lucas was our server and he did an incredible job. My sister can be a little demanding and difficult and he took it in stride, he never got frustrated or impaired his service to us because of her. “yesterday, Friday December 1st 2023 I had a procedure done so hadn't eaten since the Wednesday evening before. I wanted a steak and as far as we are concerned Outback is the best steak in town. I was groggy from anesthesia so I just wanted to get it and go home it was 3:20p.m. and we called and placed our order. an 11oz steak and 2 sides of screamed broccoli. by the time we got there we shou8have had much time to wait a d sure enough it was about done. Problem? It was a 6oz steak with 1 side of greenbeans and 1 side of broccoli with cheese. The completely remade my order. However my Husband was annoyed because I was sitting in the car very groggy from anesthesia and starving from not earing for almost 48 hours and we now had to wait yet another 20 minutes. They brought it out to our car in less than 10 minutes AND gave us both orders. as of today Saturday December 2nd I've eaten both orders they were delicious and perfectly cooked. Well done Outback!“

“We went for our Christmas dinner and overall we were pleased! I had the prime rib special and my husband had the ribeye. The only disappointment was his ribeye was burnt on the bottom side. After we let our waiter know, he took it and brought back another and it was much better. I had requested a quiet booth and when the hostess went to seat us she took us to a table right in the middle of people on both sides, so close that you felt like you were sitting with them! We asked her to get us a booth and she really showed that she was disgruntled. However, she found us a booth.“
